A partnership between the National Football League (NFL) and the Hispanic Heritage Foundation (HHF) brings the NFL Hispanic Heritage Leadership Awards to all 32 markets during the 2013 celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month. The Chicago Bears are excited to work with local media and business partners in selecting a deserving individual who positively impacts the Chicago Hispanic community. Whether involved with community, business, advocacy or another field, each selected individual must exhibit outstanding leadership characteristics and success in elevating and empowering his or her local Hispanic community. The recipient must be 21+ years of age and live in the Chicago DMA.
The 2013 Hispanic Heritage Leadership Award winner will win a personalized prize and a donation of $2,000 to the leader's 501(c)(3) of choice supporting his or her local Hispanic community. The individual will also receive two (2) tickets to the MINNESOTA VIKINGS VS. CHICAGO BEARS game at Soldier Field on Sunday, September 15 and will be recognized on field.
