2014 Bears Training Camp - Frequently Asked Questions

When is RC Cola Bears Training Camp?Bears training camp
Friday, July 25 – Tuesday, August 12 (select days only).
Practice time and dates are subject to change with little notice. Please be sure to check the camp schedule prior to attending Bears Training Camp.

Where is Bears Training Camp held?
On the campus of Olivet Nazarene University, in Bourbonnais, IL.

What are Training Camp's hours of operation?
Hours of operation will depend on the time of practice. For 2014, most practices will begin at 9:00 am.
9:00 am practice: 9:00 am – 12:30 pm
3:00 pm practice: 2:30 pm – 6:00 pm

Do I need tickets to get into Training Camp?
No – Training Camp is free and open to the public. There is no need to purchase an event ticket.

Is re-admittance permitted?

What is the ADA seating policy?
ADA seating is available at designated areas around the practice fields. If you are someone you are with needs ADA seating, please go to the ADA entrance at Gate 2 and ask for assistance.

Will there be food and drinks?
Yes – Food and drink is available for purchase throughout the practice facility. There will also be hydration stations for fans to access free water.
Alcohol is prohibited.

Where do I park?
Parking is available in parking lots on the campus of Olivet Nazarene University. As you pull into campus there will be directional signage and personnel on hand to direct cars to designated parking lots. Parking is free at Training Camp.

Is tailgating allowed?
Yes, tailgating is allowed. ONU has hot coal drop off stations located in the parking lots. Alcohol and glass containers are not allowed on the campus.

What is needed to enter the Bears Kids Zone or Gatorade Junior Training Camps?
These areas are open for kids ages 4-12. All participants must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver on their behalf before entering. Waivers can be signed at the entrances of both areas.

Are pets allowed?
Only service animals are allowed on the grounds.
