"Don’t Wait, Get to the Gate: The Game Starts with the Anthem.” Enhanced NFL Security measures may lead to increased entry times to the game. Stadium gates open two hours prior to kick-off. We STRONGLY encourage fans to arrive early and be patient when entering the stadium. The enhanced security procedures at stadium gates recommended by the NFL will increase comfort and safety of fans at the game, but will require extra time for inspections and screening. You and your belongings may be searched upon entry to Soldier Field. By tendering your ticket and entering the stadium, you consent to such searches and waive any related claims that you might have against the NFL, its member clubs, their affiliates, and stadium landlord – their agents. Fan Code of Conduct

Courteous behavior and being respectful of others is expected of all guests at Chicago Bears games. Unruly or inconsiderate behavior will not be tolerated and may be grounds for ejection from the stadium and/ or revocation of ticket privileges. Such behavior includes, but is not limited to: abuse of intoxicants, profane, disruptive or abusive language or gestures, offensive or disorderly conduct, throwing any object, excessive standing in the seating area, standing or sitting in the aisles, smoking anywhere in the stadium, bringing any prohibited items into the stadium, possessing alcohol in a No Alcohol section, possessing more than two alcoholic beverages at a time, entering or attempting to enter the field level or playing field, wearing or displaying any apparel with profane or abusive language, failure to follow the instructions of stadium security and/or crowd management personnel, actions that may harm or endanger others and any other conduct that is deemed inappropriate in a public setting. Visiting teams fans are our guests; harassment of any fans will be considered unruly behavior and grounds for ejection. Each guest should hold his or her ticket and be ready to display it to stadium personnel to verify their seat location. Guests sitting in un-ticketed areas are subject to ejection from the stadium. Sending prank text messages can lead to the revocation of ticket privileges. Guests who cannot conform their conduct to these rules are not welcome at Chicago Bears games. The Season Ticket Holder is responsible for the conduct of users of tickets issued to the Season Ticket Holder, even if the Season Ticket Holder gives away or sells their tickets to a game.

Guests committing an extreme violation of our Code of Conduct will result in ejection and automatic revocation of season ticket privileges and Permanent Seat Licenses. Those offenses include, but are not limited to entering or attempting to enter the playing field or assaulting any guest or staff member. Any repeated violations of our Code of Conduct can result in forfeiture of season ticket privileges and Permanent Seat Licenses.

Based on NFL Best Practices, fans that are ejected from Bears games for fan conduct violations may be subject to take an online Fan Conduct Awareness Class and pass the exam before being given the opportunity to return to Soldier Field for Bears games.

Alcohol Policy

Alcohol is strictly prohibited from being carried into Soldier Field, and the use of illegal drugs is prohibited within Soldier Field, the surrounding parkland and parking lots. Underage drinking will not be tolerated and offenders are subject to arrest. Drinking alcohol on the public way and surrounding parklands is a violation of the law and violators will receive a citation from the Chicago Police Department.

  • Illinois State Law requires that individuals must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages.
  • All guests purchasing alcoholic beverages are subject to providing proper identification, such as a valid state drivers license, military identification card, state issued photo identification or passport.
  • Concessions clerks, stadium security staff and Bears representatives reserve the right to check for proof of age.
  • There is a maximum of two alcoholic beverages per purchase at all concession stands serving alcohol and one from in-seat vendors. Guests may be in possession of a maximum of two alcoholic beverages at one time.
  • Alcohol sales begin two hours before kickoff for all games. The City of Chicago ordinances prevent alcohol from being served on Sundays before 10:00 am. For 12:00 Noon or 3:15 pm games, sales will be discontinued at the end of the third quarter. For 7:00 pm, 7:15 pm or 7:30 pm games, sales will be discontinued five minutes into the third quarter. Sales may be discontinued earlier at the discretion of Soldier Field and/or Chicago Bears management. No alcohol can be transported out of the stadium.
  • No alcohol will be sold to intoxicated guests.
  • The Bears, Sportservice and Miller Lite offer a Designated Driver program.

Smoking Policy

Smoking Policy… The Smoke-Free Illinois Act prohibits smoking in Soldier Field for Bears games. There are no designated smoking areas inside or outside the stadium and re-entry is prohibited. The smoking policy will be strictly enforced. Violators are subject to ejection. Repeated violations can result in the forfeiting of season ticket privileges. Smokeless cigarettes are also prohibited.

Security Screenings / Prohibited Items

You and your belongings may be searched upon entry into Soldier Field. By tendering your ticket and entering the stadium, you consent to such searches and waive any related claims that you might have against the NFL, its member clubs, their affiliates and stadium landlord, their agents. If you elect not to consent to the searches, you will be denied entry into the stadium. We encourage our fans to enter the stadium early to avoid delays.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, the following items are not permitted to be brought into the stadium:

  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Backpacks, bags, cases and purses larger than 12" x 12" x 12"
  • Balloons and beach balls
  • Cameras with lenses when fully extended that exceed 6"
  • Cans, bottles or other beverage containers
  • Clothing or signage with offensive or vulgar language
  • Confetti
  • Hard-sided coolers and ice chests
  • Fireworks, smoke bombs
  • Illegal drugs
  • Laser pens and pointers
  • Noise-making devices (i.e., horns, whistles, etc.)
  • Poles to display banners or flags
  • Strollers
  • Umbrellas
  • Video or movie cameras
  • Weapons
  • Smokeless cigarettes
  • Any other items deemed to be dangerous or inappropriate

Banners/Flags/Signs are permitted provided the item does not obstruct the view of other guests, is not commercial or offensive, does not display profane language, advertisements, or political slogans and must not be placed over any official stadium signage. Items must not be attached to a pole or the like which may cause harm to the guests seated around you. Items must not be used as projectiles. Stadium security reserves the right to remove these items from your possession if they are deemed inappropriate for any and all reasons.

Binoculars/Cameras/Video Equipment: Hand-held binoculars and small still-photo cameras with lenses less than 6 in length when fully extended are permitted in Soldier Field. Video and movie cameras are NOT permitted in the stadium without the user holding proper media credentials. Photos cannot be used for any commercial purpose.

Container Policy: The following containers are NOT permitted in the stadium: bottles, cans, hard-sided coolers, ice chests, backpacks, purses or handbags larger than 12" x 12" x 12". Fanny packs, small purses, small soft-sided insulated pouches or soft handbags ARE permitted in the stadium after inspection provided they are smaller than 12" x 12" x 12". Any additional clothing items should be placed in a clear plastic bag any other plastic bags will be refused and discarded at the gate. There is no storage for any bags at the stadium.

Food: for personal consumption is permitted in the stadium in clear plastic bags or small soft-sided insulated pouches only; all other food containers and coolers are prohibited.

Guests are encouraged to return unauthorized items to their vehicles. The Bears and Soldier Field management cannot safeguard items which are not permitted to be brought into the stadium.

Food Concessions / Menu Items

Sportservice is the exclusive food and beverage concessionaire at Soldier Field. Food and beverages will also be sold in the seating bowl via vendors. In addition to the food items listed below, snacks, draft beer (Miller Lite & Miller Genuine Draft), Dr Pepper/Snapple beverages, coffee, hot chocolate and Deja Blue water are available at most concession locations. Merchandise / Pro Shops

The latest in Chicago Bears merchandise is available for sale at three Bears Pro Shop retail locations and several portable stands throughout the stadium. The Bears Pro Shops are located at the north entrance of the stadium, across from the Veterans Memorial water wall, inside Gate 0 and on the south end of the United Club 100 Level (restricted to Club/Suite guests only). Gift certificates are available. Bears merchandise is also available online at ChicagoBears.com.

Office Information / Will Call

The Bears Ticket Office on gamedays is located at Gate 10, at the southeast corner of the stadium. The Ticket Office opens two hours prior to kickoff and a representative can be reached by calling (847) 615-BEAR. The Will Call for tickets and media is located outside Gate 10, at the southeast corner of the stadium. A valid picture identification is required to pick up tickets at Will Call. Will Call opens two and one-half hours prior to kickoff and closes at halftime.

Individual Game Tickets

Individual single-game tickets are sold by Ticketmaster via phone and internet only. Fans may charge by phone at (800) 745-3000, or online at ticketmaster.com.

Child tickets

Children under 32 tall do not need a ticket for Bears home games. Ticketed patrons will need to obtain a complimentary lap pass at the Gate 10 Ticket Office. The child will have to sit on the ticketed patrons lap for the game. Strollers are not permitted in the stadium, but a complimentary stroller check is available outside of Gate 8 during games through October.

Bear Share Ticket Donation

The Bears Share ticket donation program has been in effect since 1993 benefiting numerous local charities. Tickets can now be donated online through MY BEARS SEASON TICKET ACCOUNT. Simply log in to your personal account and select "Manage My Tickets”. Select the ticket(s) you wish to donate and select "Donate To Charity”. The tickets will automatically be forwarded to Bears.Care@bears.nfl.net. The original ticket(s) become invalid. Donors will receive an email acknowledgement which should be retained for tax purposes. Tickets can also be mailed to the following address: Chicago Bears Football Club, c/o Bears Share, 1920 Football Drive, Lake Forest, IL 60045. Donations must occur at least four (4) business days prior to the game to allow for distribution. Resale of tickets

Any resale of a ticket must comply with all applicable ticket resale laws. It is in violation of Chicago Park District ordinance to sell ANY item at ANY price on Park District property without a permit issued by the Park District, THIS INCLUDES GAME TICKETS. Violators are subject to arrest.

Revocable license

A game ticket is a revocable license, and the license is subject to revocation if the user of the ticket brings into the stadium or attempts to bring into the stadium any prohibited items, engages in unruly or inconsiderate behavior at a Bears home game, or otherwise violates Bears ticket policies or stadium policies. The Chicago Bears reserve the right to impose at any time rules relating to the conduct of guests at games and establish other policies for the stadium.

ADA Coordinator

The Bears are committed to meeting the needs of our fans with disabilities, and we welcome members of our disabled community to Soldier Field, which is fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act. ADA Drop-off / Pick-up Area

ADA Drop-off / Pick-up Area is located outside Gate 10 on the southeast side of stadium. An ADA placard or ADA license plate is required for access, and the person to whom the placard or license plate is registered must be an occupant of the vehicle in order to access the Gate 10 dropoff. If the driver does not have a coupon for onsite parking, they will be directed back into the traffic queue to the nearest available cash parking facility. The driver will be issued a return pass which must be displayed for access for the postgame pick-up.

Parking

Each parking lot is compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act. A pre-paid parking coupon and ADA placard or license plate is required to park in the Museum Campus parking lot ADA spaces. The person to whom the license plate or placard is registered must be an occupant in the vehicle. Standard Parking will have a limited number of courtesy carts available for transport of the disabled guest to and from the Museum Campus parking lots. Only the disabled guest and one companion will be permitted on the carts. Guests without a pre-paid parking coupon are encouraged to park at the Southwest Parking Facilities at McCormick Place or the Millennium Garage and take the free ADA accessible shuttles directly to the ADA Drop-Off/Pick-up area outside Gate 10.

Gameday Parking and Transportation

Most parking facilities immediately surrounding the stadium require a parking coupon and open four hours prior to kickoff and close two hours after the final whistle. Soldier Field gates open two hours prior to kickoff. Parking lots may close earlier at the discretion of the Chicago Park District and stadium management.

During the off-season, Season Ticket Holders are given the opportunity to enter a Random Selection Process for a chance to purchase a full-season parking coupon book in one of the lots below.

  • To park in the North Garage, you need a BLUE or ORANGE parking coupon.
  • To park in the Waldron Deck, you need a WHITE parking coupon.
  • To park in the South Lot, you need a RED parking coupon.
  • To park in the East Museum Lot, you need a YELLOW parking coupon.
  • To park in the Adler Planetarium Lot, you need a PURPLE parking coupon.
  • To park in the Family Friendly (no alcohol) Lot, you need an OFF-WHITE AND BLACK STRIPED parking coupon. Additional Family Friendly (no alcohol) parking is also available at the 31st Street Beach Lot.

A limited number of single game parking passes for various lots servicing Soldier Field, may be purchased in advance by visiting soldierfield.clickandpark.com. In addition to the lots listed above, the Burnham Harbor lot has partial-season and single game parking passes available beginning in November.

Fans without full season coupons can park at the Southwest Parking Facilities at McCormick Place Lot B (31st Street Lot), the 31st Street Beach Lot, or in the Millennium Garages and utilize the free shuttles to the stadium. The parking shuttles drop-off and pick-up area is located on 18th St., just west of Lake Shore Drive. Shuttles from 31st St Lot B begin 2 hours before kickoff, and from the Millennium Garages begin 3 hours before kickoff. Both shuttles continue until 2 hours after the game.

Buses, taxi cabs, and limousines will not be allowed to enter Soldier Field Campus starting 90 minutes after kick-off. The campus will open one hour after the game is over. Violators are subject to ticketing, towing and prosecution. No exceptions. Buses may drop off and pick up guests on Columbus Drive, north of Balbo. Buses cannot drop off or pick up guests on any other area roadway.

Buses / Campers / RVs / Limousines

Cash parking is located at the Adler Planetarium Lot, on a first-come, first-served basis for $121. Oversized vehicles (bus, campers, etc.) can be reserved at the Adler Lot for $121 plus a $5 transaction fee by visiting soldierfield.clickandpark. com. When available, buses and RVs can also park at the 31st St. McCormick Place Lot B for $50. Limousine staging in the surrounding community is prohibited; vehicles must park legally for pick-ups. Limousine parking can be reserved in the Adler Lot for $121 plus a $5 transaction fee by visiting soldierfield.clickandpark.com.

Pre-Purchase for Cars

A limited number of single game parking passes for the Adler and Burnham Harbor (after November 1) lots may be reserved and pre-purchased for $101 plus a $5 transaction fee. A limited number of single-game parking passes may also be reserved and pre-purchased for the 31st Street McCormick Place Lot B for $30 plus a $5 transaction fee. To reserve a single-game space, please visit soldierfield.clickandpark.com. When available, cash parking for cars at the 31st Street McCormick Place Lot B is $30.

Family-Friendly Parking Lots

Family Friendly parking lots are located south of the Adler Planetarium ($49), and at the 31st Street Beach Lot ($30). No alcohol consumption is permitted in these lots. For information, visit soldierfieldparking.com or soldierfield.clickandpark.com.

Prohibited Parking Areas and Activities

Parking is prohibited in the residential areas surrounding Soldier Field. The area is bordered by Roosevelt Road on the north, Cermak Road on the south, Lake Shore Drive on the east and Clark Street on the west. Violators are subject to ticketing and towing.

    The following elements are prohibited in all parking lots and garages:
  • Tailgating during games and after night games
  • Consumption of alcohol in the Family Friendly lots
  • Advertising banners or displays
  • Disorderly conduct
  • Deep fryers or any oil-based cooking or frying
  • Picketing or political campaigning
  • Saving parking spaces
  • Tents or canopies of any size
  • Tethered blimps, balloons, and other oversized inflatables
  • Uncovered fire pits
  • Weapons, fireworks
  • Set-ups or games utilizing sidewalks and/or streets
  • Solicitation or distribution of any unauthorized item

Note: Grills and fire pits are not permitted in enclosed parking garages and the lower level of the Waldron Deck lot.

Tailgating

Tailgating is allowed on all surface lots of the Museum Campus, the upper level of the Waldron Deck and the Southwest Parking Facilities (McCormick Place 31st Street Lot B only). Party set-ups and grills that exceed the one designated parking space are prohibited. Tailgate set-ups cannot block vehicles entering or exiting the parking lots; set-ups in violation will be removed. Open containers of alcohol are not permitted outside of the parking lots, on the surrounding parklands or on the shuttles. Chicago Police Officers will issue citations for violators. Tailgating during the games or after night games and consuming alcohol in the Family Friendly lots are all prohibited.
