Dear Bears Fans,![]() Welcome to the 90th season of Chicago Bears football. We know you share our excitement about the 2009 Chicago Bears. We have had a very busy off-season as we focus on returning to Miami to win Super Bowl XLIV on February 7, 2010. We hope you enjoy the new CD format of our 2009 Chicago Bears Fan Guide. The Fan Guide includes stadium policy information, area maps and concourse graphics to help you navigate the stadium. To complement the Fan Guide, we will have an abbreviated version, or “A to Z Guide” available at all Fan Services booths. Also, before coming to each game, you can log onto the “Stadium Advisory” page on ChicagoBears.com for up-to-the-minute stadium information. We truly appreciate the home field advantage that you, the most passionate fans in the NFL - our “4th Phase”, provide for us. Our Fan Services Team’s Mission Statement is our pledge to provide the best gameday experience for you. All Bears and Soldier Field gameday staff have a “Fans First” attitude and very high standards of customer service. The comfort and enjoyment of our fans’ in-stadium experience is of primary importance to us. We will again be asking for your cooperation with our “Help Stop UnBEARable Behavior” campaign. If you find it necessary, we encourage you to contact our gameday security by texting the keyword “BEARS” followed by a space, to 41513. Describe what is happening and the exact location of where assistance is needed. You can also call (312) 235-7999 and security staff will be dispatched to address the situation. As a reminder, smoking is prohibited by the Smoke-Free Illinois Act. In addition to the stadium research and surveys we conduct each season, your feedback is very important to us as we continue to work with stadium management to improve your experience at Soldier Field. To let us know how we’re doing, you can visit a Fan Services booth on gameday, or on non-gamedays you can email our Fan Services department at fanservices@bears.nfl.net or call (888) 79-BEARS, ext. 4. For ticket matters, you can call our Ticket Office Monday through Friday during business hours at (847) 615-BEAR. Enjoy the season, and Go Bears! Ted Phillips
