Bears cap season with entertaining victory
It took the Bears until Weeks 16 and 17 to register back-to-back wins this season. But the defending NFC champions culminated a disappointing year with a bang Sunday at Soldier Field. The electrifying Devin Hester scored touchdowns on a 55-yard pass from Kyle Orton and a 64-yard punt return, and Adrian Peterson tossed a 9-yard TD pass to Bernard Berrian on a halfback option in a 33-25 victory over the New Orleans Saints.
