Chicago Bears

LAKE FOREST, IL – Wide receiver Rashied Davis and defensive end Copeland Bryan visited hospitalized veterans at the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center in Chicago on Tuesday, November 7 in support of Veterans’ Day and the Disabled American Veterans Celebrity Entertainment Program. The players made room visits, signed autographs, posed for pictures and helped brighten the days for those who have sacrificed so much for the cause of freedom.

“We are proud to welcome the Chicago Bears to our Celebrity Entertainment Program,” said DAV National Commander Bradley S. Barton. “I know that their visit to the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center brought a great deal of joy to the men and women veterans being treated there. Many of these wonderful veterans rarely get visitors.”

The Chicago Bears have always been extremely supportive of the Armed Forces and Military and have initiated numerous events and activities to show our support for the men and women who defend our country.
