
After being limited to four receptions for 30 yards in last Sunday's loss to the Saints, Marshall caught nine passes for 87 yards and two touchdowns in a 27-21 win over the Giants.

"History has proven that he is going to do it," Cutler said. "He'll do it more times than not. I feel comfortable with it and he is going to protect the throw for me. He's going to make some plays too.
"I have worked with the guy for a long time. We kind of read each other-not a lot of talking out there-so I know where he is going and he knows where I want him to go, so it works out for us."
Thursday night marked the second time in Marshall's two seasons with the Bears that he has scored multiple touchdowns. He had three TDs last Nov. 4 in a win over the Titans.
On target: Cutler completed 24 of 36 passes for 262 yards with two TDs, no interceptions and a 106.5 passer rating in Thursday night's win over the Giants.
Cutler has thrown multiple touchdown passes in five of the Bears' six games this year, already matching his total from each of the past two seasons.
Cutler now has a 100 passer rating in two straight games after posting a 128.1 rating in Week 5 versus the Saints. In his career, he is 26-2 when recording a rating of at least 100.
