Bears lose 33-13 in preseason finale
(10:00pm) - The Browns took over on the final posession of the game and let the clock expire as the Bears pick up the loss and finish the preseason with a 2-2 record.
Browns piling it on
(9:45pm) - Running back Isaiah Crowell's 48-yard touchdown run extended the Browns' lead to 33-13 with 9:25 remaining in the fourth quarter.
Cundiff hits fourth field goal
(9:25pm) - Billy Cundiff connected on his fourth field goal of the game without a miss, a 29-yarder, to put the Browns ahead 26-13 with 1:09 left in the third quarter.
Browns up lead to 10
(9:22pm) - After the Bears went three-and-out, Billy Cundiff’s 47-yard field goal gave the Browns a 23-13 lead with 5:05 left in the third quarter.
Former Bears quarterback Rex Grossman, who replaced Johnny Manziel to start the drive for the Browns, connected with receiver Willie Snead for a 37-yard completion over the middle on his first play.
Browns take 20-13 lead
(9:00pm) - Billy Cundiff's 37-yard field goal on the opening possession of the second half gave the Browns a 20-13 lead with 9:35 left in the third quarter. The kick capped a 12-play, 57-yard drive that was highlighted by Johnny Manziel's 14-yard run and 13-yard pass to Marlon Moore on third-and-10.
Browns widen margin
(8:35pm) - The Browns extended their lead to 17-13 on Billy Cundiff's 22-yard field goal with :09 left in the first half. The kick capped a 12-play, 66-yard drive.
Quarterback Johnny Manziel put the Browns into the end zone with a 22-yard scramble to the Chicago 10.
(8:13pm) - The Browns took a 14-13 lead on Johnny Manziel's 1-yard touchdown pass to tight end Jim Dray with 4:54 left in the first half. Manziel rolled to his left and hit Dray in the back of the end zone.
The TD came one play after Manziel bought time by scrambling around behind the line of scrimmage before hitting Nate Burleson for a 27-yard gain to the Chicago 1.

On the return, Holmes made one man miss, broke a tackle, darted up the middle and then dashed down the left sideline.

On third-and-14, Holmes caught the ball at the 24, spun away from cornerback Justin Gilbert and raced into the end zone, capping a six-play, 52-yard drive.
Gould misses kick
(7:43pm) - Robbie Gould's 52-yard field goal attempt sailed wide right with :46 left in the first quarter.
The kick came after quarterback David Fales was sacked by Browns linebacker Barkevious Mingo for a 13-yard loss back to the Cleveland 34.

(7:30pm) - The Browns answered the early Bears field goal by taking a 7-3 lead on Ben Tate's 1-yard TD run with 5:01 left in the first quarter. The score capped a 13-play, 85-yard drive.

Bears take early lead
(7:20pm) - Robbie Gould's 39-yard field goal on the game's opening drive gave the Bears a 3-0 lead over the Browns with 11:19 left in the first quarter.
The key play on the possession was a 37-yard pass interference penalty against cornerback Leon McFadden on a deep pass from David Fales to Josh Bellamy. The Bears settled for the field goal after Fales and Santonio Holmes failed to connect on third-and-four.
The Bears are not playing any of their starters in tonight's game, while the Browns are opening with their first-teamers on both sides of the ball.
