That's certainly an interesting thought because the Browns were out of timeouts at that point as you mentioned. I think the only scenario where you go down inside the 5 in that situation is if you're leading by one point and a touchdown would only put you up by eight, thereby giving the Browns a chance to tie the score with a TD and two-point conversion.
