PRO CAREER: Played in 133 games with 119 starts during his 10-year career with Denver (2004-12) and Chicago (2013)... Recorded 925 tackles (694 solo), 22.5 sacks, 2 INTs, 41 PBUs, 15 FFs and 7 FRs... Owns five 100-tackle seasons, including four seasons in a row (2007-10)… Tallied a personal-best 170 stops in 2007, along with 31 10-tackle games for his career... Led the Broncos in tackles five times in his nine years in the league... Started for the Broncos at weakside linebacker in 2004, ‘08 and ‘11, strongside linebacker from 2005-06, middle linebacker in ‘07 and inside linebacker from 2009-10... COLLEGE: Was a three-year starter at the University of Miami, playing 47 career games (34 starts) and totaling 241 tackles (124 solo), 10 sacks, 28 TFLs, 4 FFs, 1 FR and 10 PBUs... Started his collegiate career at fullback and totaled 18 career rushes for 142 yards (7.9 avg.) with 2 TDs while catching 12 passes for 153 yards (11.9 avg.)... Blossomed into one of the best players in the country at linebacker, finishing his senior year in 2003 as a semifinalist for the Butkus Award (nation’s top linebacker) for the second consecutive year and earning a selection to the All-America Dream Team (The NFL Draft Report)... Named third-team All-America by the Associated Press and first-team all-Big East Conference as a senior... Helped his team post a combined 36-0 record and was part of the school’s national-record 151-game winning streak that was snapped in 2004...  Rated as the top player in the nation by SuperPrep as well as the No. 1 prospect on the Far West Team... Listed as the national defensive MVP, Western Region MVP and No. 1 linebacker on PrepStar’s 1999 Top-100 Dream Team... Tabbed a SuperPrep All-American and recorded 130 career tackles (87 solo) and 6 sacks while rushing for 1,974 yards... Broke the school record for touchdowns in a season with 42 (33 rushing, 5 receiving, 3 punt return and 1 kickoff return).
