A two-year starter while at Troy... A first-team all-Sun Belt selection that started all 12 games at left tackle his senior year... Graded out at 87 percent on the season with 878 snaps... Was penalized just two times while racking up a team-high 110 knockdown blocks... Started all 13 games at left tackle for the Trojans as a junior... Led the team with 66 knockdown blocks... Attended Southwest Mississippi CC for two years... Named a second team All-Mississippi Junior College performer following his sophomore season... Was a two-time all-State selection in Class 2A while attending Amite County HS... Was considered to be one of the top offensive line prospects in Mississippi as a senior... Won 2005 Mississippi state weightlifting championship.
