PRO CAREER: Started 9-of-16 games during 2013 rookie season, ranking fifth on the team with 76.5 tackles - including 2 sacks and 4.5 TFLs - 1 INT and 1 fumble recovery, adding 3 special teams tackles... With INT vs. BAL (11/17/13), became first Bears rookie linebacker to record an interception since Lance Briggs (12/7/03) at GB... First Bears rookie linebacker to record multiple sacks in his first season since Brian Urlacher had 8 in 2000... Joins Urlacher as the only Bears rookie linebacker to record a sack, interception and opponent fumble recovery in his first season with the team since sacks were first recorded in 1982... Also tied for second on the team with 3.0 sacks and tied for fourth in interceptions (2) and third in quarterback hurries (4) while being named to Coaches’ All-SEC Second Team on defense in final year at UF... Started all 13 games at MLB as a junior leading Gators  with 94 tackles and finished tied for second with 10.0 TFLs for a total of 57 yards for loss... All-state selection for Florida Class-6A... Father, Jon Bostic, was a defensive back for the Detroit Lions, playing in a total of 29 games from 1985-87.
