Biography

Howard, who played his college football at Shepherd University in West Virginia, was originally signed by the Steelers as an undrafted free agent in 2014 before signing with the Bucs in 2015.

Howard most recently spent time in the Buccaneers organization from 2015-16, playing in 20 games with five starts. He started five of 12 games in 2015 when he recorded 5.0 sacks, nine QBH, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery.
