Information Regarding Psl Transfers Through The Bears

No transfer of Permanent Seat Licenses (PSLs) will be complete until the Transferee has assumed all obligations of the Transferor. The Transferee must be at least eighteen years of age to enter into a binding contract.

Both the Transferor and the proposed Transferee must sign the Permanent Seat License Transfer document. A transfer request must include identification verification of both the Transferor and the proposed Transferee. Such identification verification may include a photocopy of the driver’s license (both sides), state identification card or passport. If the PSL Owner/Season Ticket Holder is deceased, a photocopy of the Death Certificate must accompany the transfer request. If the account is in the name of a business, a letter of authorization on company letterhead from an officer of the company must accompany the transfer request.

Generally, account seniority is transferable only from spouse to spouse.

Because season tickets are customarily mailed to season ticket account holders in July of each year, transfer requests will be effective for the football season commencing in the year the request is submitted only if all transfer requirements are completed prior to July 1 of the year. Requests received or completed after July 1 will not be effective until the football season commencing in the next year, and in such case the season ticket holder as of July 1 will receive the season tickets for the then current season and will be entitled to purchase from the Chicago Bears playoff tickets, if applicable. Where PSLs are transferred after July 1, all rights to the use of tickets for the then current season will be solely between the Transferor and the Transferee, and the Chicago Bears assume no responsibility to furnish any tickets for such season to the Transferee.

A processing fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each season ticket account transferred or created – payable to CHICAGO BEARS – must accompany each transfer request.
