To help accomplish our mission, we employ a well-trained and enthusiastic Fan Services Team to proactively assist fans on gameday. "Fans First" is the attitude and mindset shared by all employee groups working Bears games at Soldier Field; we all have very high standards of customer service. It demonstrates our commitment to our fans, and our willingness to exceed their expectations.
