Are There ATMs At Soldier Field?

Five Chase ATMs are conveniently located in the following areas throughout the stadium:

• South Courtyard - behind the Doughboy Statue
• Mezzanine Concourse - southwest end, near the entry off of the ADA ramp landing, near Section 128
• Club Lounge Level 300 - near the south bank of elevators, near Section 314
• Colonnade Concourse - near the end of the Miller Lite Party Deck ramp entry, near Section 350
• North Garage - located at the west entry point lobby, near the Bears Pro Shop

Additional ATMs are located throughout the stadium and outside of Gate 10 on gamedays; the locations are indicated on the concourse maps in the Fan Guide.

How Do I Get A Player Or Coach Autograph?

If you would like to request an autograph from a player or coach, we suggest you write the player or coach directly. We do not accept any merchandise (footballs, jerseys, etc.) or anything of great value to have autographed. It is at the discretion of each player or coach to handle his own fan requests. While there is no guarantee that you will receive a response, you should send your request and a self-addressed, stamped return envelope to the following address:

How Can I Donate To Bears Care?

What Concessions Are Available At Soldier Field?

Sportservice is the exclusive food and beverage concessionaire at Soldier Field. There are numerous permanent and portable concession stands located throughout the stadium. Food and beverages will also be sold in the seating bowl via vendors. The Bears Fan Guide has complete listings of the location of concession stands and food items. Locations of all food and beverage stands are subject to change.

Can I Use A Credit Card Or MasterCard Paypass?

For your convenience, all major credit cards and MasterCard PayPass are accepted at all permanent concession stands, bars and Bears Pro Shops. Major credit cards are also accepted at merchandise portables. Credit cards are not accepted for in-seat vendors, food and beer portables or Bears game tickets sold by the Chicago Bears Ticket Office.

Sign up to be a Designated Driver!

At all Bears home games, fans can sign-up once inside the stadium to be a Designated Drive at any of the eight Fan Services booths. By pledging not to drink alcohol at the game, fans will receive a coupon for a complimentary soft drink and will be entered into a drawing for a trip to the Super Bowl or Pro Bowl. One lucky fan will also be selected as the Designated Driver of the Game, and will be awarded $50 to the Bears Pro Shop.

The Bears are committed to meeting the needs of our fans with disabilities, and we welcome members of our disabled community to Soldier Field, which is fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act.

ADA Coordinator

ADA Drop-Off / Pick-Up Area

Disabled patrons may be dropped-off on the circle drive (southeast side of stadium) on Museum Campus Drive outside Gate 10. An ADA placard or ADA license plate must be visible to the police and parking attendants, and the person to whom the placard or license plate is registered must be an occupant of the vehicle in order to access the Gate 10 drop-off. Standard Parking will have a limited number of courtesy carts available for transport of the disabled patron to and from the Museum Campus parking lots. Only the disabled patron and one companion will be permitted on the carts.

Gates

All gates at Soldier Field are ADA accessible. A patron who needs to exchange his or her ticket for a wheelchair-accessible seat MUST enter the stadium through Gate 10.

Parking

Patrons without a pre-paid parking coupon are encouraged to park in the Millennium Park Garage and take the free ADA accessible shuttle directly to and from the stadium at 18th Street.

Wheelchair Accessible Tickets and Parking

The Bears offer wheelchair-accessible and companion seating on both a season basis and on an individual game basis. Wheelchair accessible seating is available for each home game through Ticketmaster. Should the wheelchair seating allocation through Ticketmaster become exhausted, fans with disabilities are encouraged to proceed with the purchase of conventional seating - if available - then call the Bears ticket office to arrange an exchange. Accessible parking spaces are available in all of the onsite parking lots, but are on a pre-sold full-season basis. A pre-paid parking coupon is required to park in these areas. An ADA placard or license plate is also required, and the person to whom the license plate or placard is registered must be an occupant in the vehicle. Single-game disabled accessible parking is available in the Millennium Park Garage on Columbus Drive, between Monroe and Randolph Streets. You can then take the accessible shuttle directly to Soldier Field. Standard Parking provides a limited number of courtesy carts to drive the disabled person directly to the southeast gates to enter the stadium.

Wheelchairs

A limited number of loaner wheelchairs are available at Guest Services at Gate 1 and the Bears Ticket Office at Gate 10. These are for transporting patrons (by an S3 usher escort) to and from the seating area only and may not be kept for the duration of the game. Wheelchair storage is available at Guest Services at Gates 1 or 19, or any Fan Services booth.

How Do I Request A Donation?

The Chicago Bears are asked to support thousands of worthwhile charitable causes and events each year. We make every effort to accommodate as many requests as possible. However due to the number of requests the Bears receive on a monthly basis, we are simply unable to accommodate all requests that fit our guidelines. In order for your organization to be considered for a donation item, you must comply with the following guidelines:

• All donation requests must be submitted online. Click here to access the online request form. As of August 1, 2005, written requests will no longer be accepted.
• The online donation form must be filled out completely in order for your request to be considered.
• Your organization must be located in the state of Illinois or within the Chicagoland area.
• Your organization must not have received a donation from the Bears during the current calendar year. An organization is eligible to receive only one donation item per year.
• Your request for a donation item must be received 6 (six) weeks prior to the day your organization needs the item.

Due to the large volume of requests received on a monthly basis, there are no exceptions to the above guidelines. Please keep in mind that submitting an online request does not guarantee your organization will receive a donation. No phone calls please.

Donation requests that have been approved are generally filled with authentic autographed memorabilia signed by a current member of the Chicago Bears. Donation items are typically sent four weeks prior to the date your organization needs the item. We are unable to donate game tickets.

We do not accept personal items to be mailed in or dropped off for signatures of players and/or coaches.

Are There Elevators Or Escalators At Soldier Field?

Guests entering the Club Lounge or Suite areas may do so via the seven passenger elevators accessible from the Club Lounge; four located at the north end of the Club and three at the south. Two elevators on the south end are also accessible from ground level inside Gate 14. Eight escalators are also available in the Club Lounge to provide access to Club 200 Level and Club 300 Level. The seven elevators provide access to the 133 Executive Suites and the Skyline Suite.

For patrons seated in the general seating areas, one elevator is located in the southeast corner of the South Courtyard inside Gate 6 providing service from the Grand Concourse to the Mezzanine Level. A second elevator is located in the southwest corner of the stadium on the Mezzanine Level behind Section 131 providing access from the Mezzanine Level to the Motorola Media Deck and Grandstand. All elevators are ADA accessible. Due to limited availability, we ask that only those patrons with special needs use the elevators.

Fan Code of Conduct

We are again asking all fans for assistance with our "Help Stop UnBEARable Behavior" campaign. If you notice someone that is violating our Code of Conduct (listed below), please anonymously contact our gameday security by texting the keyword "BEARS" followed by a space, and describe the issue and exact location where assistance is needed to 69050. The keyword and text number will be listed on fixed signage visible in the seating areas and concourses. You can also call 312-235-7999 and security will be dispatched to address the situation. Unruly or inconsiderate behavior will not be tolerated and may be grounds for ejection from the stadium and/or revocation of ticket privileges. Such behavior includes, but is not limited to: abuse of intoxicants, profane, disruptive or abusive language or gestures, offensive or disorderly conduct, throwing any object, excessive standing in the seating area, standing or sitting in the aisles, smoking anywhere in the stadium, bringing any prohibited items into the stadium, possessing alcohol in a No Alcohol section, possessing more than two alcoholic beverages at a time, entering or attempting to enter the field level or playing field, wearing or displaying any apparel with profane or abusive language, failure to follow the instructions of stadium security and/or crowd management personnel, actions that may harm or endanger others and any other conduct that is deemed inappropriate in a public setting. Visiting teams fans are our guests; harassment of any fans will be considered unruly behavior and grounds for ejection. Each guest should hold his or her ticket and be ready to display it to stadium personnel to verify their seat location. Guests sitting in un-ticketed areas are subject to ejection from the stadium. Sending prank text messages can lead to revocation of ticket priviledges. Guests who cannot conform their conduct to these rules are not welcome at Chicago Bears games. The Season Ticket Holder is responsible for the conduct of users of tickets issued to the Season Ticket Holder.

Guests committing an "extreme violation" of our Code of Conduct will result in ejection and automatic revocation of season ticket privileges and Permanent Seat Licenses. Those offenses include, but are not limited to entering or attempting to enter the playing field, or assaulting any guest or staff member. Any repeated violations of our Code of Conduct can result in forfeiture of season ticket privileges and Permanent Seat Licenses.

Are First Aid And Medical Services Available On Gameday?

Soldier Field First Aid Stations are located in the following areas:

• Gate 17 on the Grand Concourse (Main First Aid Station) in the Comcast Bears Den
• Colonnade Concourse, behind Section 339
• Club Level 300, across from north elevators

Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) are located throughout the stadium; their locations are marked by appropriate signage on the concourses. Medical service is provided by M*A*S*E in the stadium and surrounding areas. The medical staff is identified by bright green jackets. Ambulances are on site during all games.

Which Home Games May Be Affected By The NFL's Flex Scheduling?

While all game times are subject to change, typically games in the second half of the season may be affected by flex scheduling. Please check back in April after the schedule is released for more information.

Can I Bring Food Into The Stadium?

Small food items brought in clear plastic bags for personal consumption are permitted in the stadium. All food containers are prohibited.

Smoking Policy

The Smoke-Free Illinois Act prohibits smoking in Soldier Field for Bears games. There are no designated smoking areas inside or outside the stadium and re-entry is prohibited. The smoking policy will be strictly enforced. Violators are subject to ejection. Repeated violations can result in the forfeiting of season ticket privileges. Smokeless cigarettes are also prohibited.

Gates Open

Open two hours prior to kick-off. Every patron, regardless of age, must have a game ticket and pass through a security checkpoint. In accordance with guidelines imposed by the NFL, all fans and their personal items are subject to physical searches prior to entry into the stadium. We encourage our fans to enter the stadium early to avoid delays.

Each patron should hold his or her ticket stub throughout the game and be ready to display it to a stadium official to verify seat location. No re-entries are permitted. All fans are encouraged to have photo identification available at all times.

Will Call

The Will Call window for ticket and press credential pick-up is located outside Gate 10 at the southeast corner of the stadium. Will Call opens two hours prior to kickoff.

How Can I Recognize Staff Doing A Great Job At A Game?

The Chicago Bears take pride in our fans gameday experience. We have very high standards of customer service, and require all of our staff to adopt a Fans First attitude. All employees working at Soldier Field for Bears games have been extensively trained, and all have pledged to uphold these high standards. To this end, we have developed a three-level award recognition program for all gameday staff Bronze, Silver and Gold. Staff members proudly wear a Bears pin which signifies their level of achievement.

The most convenient hotel (i.e. Bears Expo, staff/players, etc.) is the Hilton - Chicago on 720 South Michigan as it is a short walk to Soldier Field. Their phone number is 312-922-4400. Do You Have A Kids Club?

We do not have a formal "Kids Club", but we do have a Kid Zone area on ChicagoBears.com. The Kid Zone offers young Bears fans an area featuring games, youth football scores and updates, player & coach interviews, contests, and health & fitness information.

The Chicago Bears also offer many programs aimed at our younger fans. Our mascot, Staley, has his "First & Goal" program; the Community Relations department coordinates many youth football programs, and our annual Fan Convention in March and Training Camp in July/August all have special features for kids. The Fan Convention and Training Camp have several inter-active activities and "kids only" autograph sessions.

GameDay magazine is available for sale on gameday at vendor stands throughout the stadium and at the Bears Pro Shops, the cost is $5.00. Portable stands are located outside at the Gate 0 underpass, immediately inside Gate 0, at the landing at the south entrance to the Club Lounge, near the Water Wall (near McFetridge Drive), on the northwest ramp near Gate 45, and on the series of ramps on the southwest side of the stadium.

How Do I Get Game Tickets For The Miller Lite Party Deck?

The Miller Lite Party Deck comes to life every home game and is located under the north endzone video board. It is THE fun place to be. Tickets are not available for purchase, but are distributed by the Miller Brewing Company during the football season through local promotions. Where Can I Park On Gameday?

Standard Parking manages the parking and on-site traffic operations at Soldier Field. The North Garage, Waldron Deck and South Lot are full season pre-paid coupon lots for season ticket holders selected by a randomly in an online process. Lots open 4 hours prior to kickoff and close 2 hours after the game or earlier at the discretion of the Chicago Park District and stadium management. Tailgating is permitted on all surface lots, but is prohibited in the North Garage and the lower level of the Waldron Deck. Parking in the area near Soldier Field is residential "zone" parking and is subject to citation for violators. Parking Without A Full-season Pre-Paid Coupon

Fans without full season coupons are strongly encouraged to park at the 31st Street McCormick Place Lot B or in the East Monroe Street / Millennium Park Garages and utilize the free shuttles to the stadium.  Free shuttles begin running from these garages three hours prior to kickoff and continue to run for two hours after the game ends. Both parking locations will have disabled accessible spaces with free accessible shuttle services to the stadium.

The 31st Street McCormick Place Lot B is located on Moe Drive off of 31st Street and just west of Lake Shore Drive. Tailgating is permitted. The shuttle picks up at the northeast corner of the lot. Cash parking is available for $25 for cars and $50 for buses and RVs.

The East Monroe Street/Millennium Park Garage entrance is on Columbus Drive, and the fee is $22 for the pre-season and regular season games. LAZ Parking will donate $1 to Bears Care, the Chicago Bears Charitable beneficiary, for every car that parks at the East Monroe or Millennium Park garages on gameday. The shuttle is accessible from upper and lower Randolph Street and the drop-off is at 18th St. Visit grantparkparking.com or call (312) 443-1533 for more information.

After the game, please return to the location where the shuttle bus dropped you off for the game at 18th St. Buses will look similar. Make sure to check signage to differentiate the buses for Southwest Parking Facilities or the E. Monroe Street/Millennium Park Garages. The shuttle ride is approximately 10 minutes. Due to excessive crowds following the game, fans taking the shuttle may experience minor delays. There are also a limited number of free shuttles for the 31st Street McCormick Place Lot B to and from 18th St.

Bus Parking

Cash parking for restaurant shuttles, charters and private buses is located at the Adler Planetarium Lot, northeast of Soldier Field, on a first-come, first-served basis. The fee is $125. There is no parking on Solidarity Drive.

Drop-off and pick-up on the Museum Campus roadways is prohibited. Buses may drop-off and pick-up patrons on Columbus Drive, north of Balbo. Buses cannot drop-off or pick-up patrons on any other area roadway.

Parking Prohibited Elements

The following elements are prohibited in all parking lots and garages:

• Advertising banners or displays
• Disorderly conduct
• Deep-fryers
• Picketing or political campaigning
• Saving parking spaces
• Tents or canopies of any size
• Tethered blimps, balloons, and other oversized inflatables
• Uncovered fire pits
• Weapons, fireworks

Note: Grills and fire pits are not permitted in enclosed parking garages and the lower level of the Waldron Deck lot.

Prohibited Parking In Residential Areas

Parking is prohibited in the residential area surrounding Soldier Field. The area is bordered by Roosevelt Road on the north, Cermak Road on the south, Lake Shore Drive on the east and Clark Street on the west. Violators are subject to ticketing and towing.

Are Pat-downs Conducted On Gameday Upon Entrance To Soldier Field?

For all Chicago Bears games, you and your belongings may be searched upon entry into Soldier Field. By tendering your ticket and entering the stadium, ticket holders consent to such searches and waive any related claims that they might have against the NFL, its member clubs, their affiliates and stadium landlord, their agents. If a ticket holder elects not to consent to the searches, they will be denied entry into the stadium. We encourage our fans to enter the stadium early to avoid delays.

How Can I Get Player Photographs?

How Can I Send Correspondence To Players And Coaches?

Because of the overwhelming demand, it is at the discretion of the players and coaches to respond to their own fan requests. While this does not guarantee that you will receive a response, you can write players and coaches directly at the following address:

What Are The Prohibited Items In Soldier Field

For the comfort and safety of all patrons, the following items are not permitted to be brought into the stadium:

• Small Camera / binocular cases

Guests are encouraged to return unauthorized items to their vehicles. The Bears and SMG cannot safeguard items which are not permitted to be brought into the stadium.

Backpacks

Bags or purses larger than 8"x11" x12" are not allowed in the stadium.

Cameras / Video Equipment / Binoculars

Hand-held binoculars and small still-photo cameras with lenses less than 6" in length are permitted in Soldier Field. Video and movie cameras are NOT permitted in the stadium without the user holding proper media credentials. Photos cannot be used for any commercial purpose. Camera and binocular cases must be smaller than 12' X 12" X 12" and all cases will be searched before entering the stadium.

Food in the Stadium

Food for personal consumption is permitted in the stadium in clear plastic bags only; all food containers are prohibited.

Video Cameras

Any video shot at a Bears game is property of NFL films and can only be shot by properly credentialed members of the media. Small still-shot cameras are permitted; video cameras are prohibited.

Can I Take Public Transportation To Soldier Field For A Bears Game?

Fans are encouraged to use public transportation to get to Bears games. The Transportation Center, located northeast of the stadium (at the corner of McFetridge and Museum Campus Drive) is where the CTA, Metra shuttle, and PACE bus services will be available for fans drop-off and pick-up.

Chicago Transit Authority Buses

Soldier Field can be reached on the #127 NW Madison, #128 Soldier Field Express and #146 Inner Drive/Michigan Express buses.

CTA "El" Trains

Service is available from the Roosevelt Station between State and Wabash on the Red, Green and Orange Lines. From there, riders can transfer to #146 Inner Drive/Michigan Express buses or walk east on Roosevelt through the Museum Campus to Soldier Field.

Taxi Cabs

Will be permitted to drop-off patrons at the north end of the stadium at the McFetridge Drive turnaround at Lake Shore Drive, the southbound LSD exit at 18th St. and the taxi cab staging area at 11th St. and Michigan Ave. Taxi cabs can pick-up patrons at the taxi cab staging area at 11th St. and Michigan Ave., the East Monroe St. Garage (from Soldier Field shuttle) or 1 hour after the game ends in the Museum Campus.

Can I Smoke In Soldier Field?

In order to be compliant with the Smoke-Free Illinois Act, smoking is prohibited in Soldier Field. There are no designated smoking areas inside the stadium, and re-entry is prohibited. The smoking policy will be strictly enforced. First-time violators of the smoking policy will be asked to exchange their ticket for a "Smoking Violation Card". Any patron refusing to exchange their ticket will be ejected from the stadium. If a patron is then smoking in the stadium for a second time, he or she will be ejected. Repeated violations can result in the forfeiting of season ticket privileges. In consideration of the comfort of all ticket holders, we ask for your cooperation.

What Special Events Do The Bears Host?

Football 101

Football 101 presented by Chase is a special event designed to teach women the finer points of the game. It is taught by Bears players and typically held in November at Soldier Field. Football 101 presented by Chase is a great opportunity to see the stadium and tour the Bears locker room. Space is limited.

Training Camp

RC Bears Training Camp presented by Chase is located on the campus of Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais, Illinois. Only fifty miles south of Chicago, training camp offers a unique and up close perspective for all Bears fans. Specific dates and Camp schedule will be available on ChicagoBears.com when available. It is free and open to the general public. Information regarding camp activities will be available on the Training Camp Activities page of ChicagoBears.com.

Draft Party

The Chicago Bears Miller Lite Draft Party presented by Chase is held during the NFL Draft in the United Club at Soldier Field. Attendees enjoy an evening of fun and Bears football with insights on the current draft class.

Family Fest at Soldier Field

Enjoy the live entertainment, fireworks, festivities and fan friendly action of Training Camp and watch the team practice at Soldier Field. Fun for the entire family! How Can I Purchase Tickets For Bears Games?

Individual Game Tickets

Single game tickets for the Bears home games are sold exclusively through www.ticketmaster.com. While the exact date is unknown at this time, tickets traditionally go on sale in July of each year. The exact release date will be announced on www.chicagobears.com in late June. Sign-up for Bears Direct to receive an email notification when an on-sale date is announced.

ADA Seating

Wheelchair seating will be available for each home game through Ticketmaster Phones and www.ticketmaster.com. Should the wheelchair seating allocation through Ticketmaster become exhausted, fans with disabilities are encouraged to proceed with the purchase of conventional seating - if available - then call the Bears ticket office at 847-615-BEAR (2327) to arrange an exchange.

Does A Child Need A Ticket For A Bears Game?

If your child can walk under the turnstiles (approximately 32 inches), then you should go to Gate 10 on the south east side of Soldier Field on gameday to receive a complimentary lap pass for that day's game for the child. The child will have to sit on a ticketed patron's lap for the game.  The entire party will then be admitted to the stadium at Gate 10. Strollers are not permitted in the stadium.

How Can I Replace My Lost Ticket?

Safeguard your tickets. Season tickets which are lost or destroyed may be replaced by the season ticket holder for a $25 reprinting fee. Season tickets which are stolen may be replaced only if the season ticket holder files a stolen property report with the police. Single game tickets which are lost, stolen or destroyed cannot be replaced. For assistance, please contact the Bears Ticket Office at (847) 615-BEAR.

How Can I Buy Or Sell PSLs?

All PSLs are owned by current season ticket holders. Fans who want to buy or sell PSLs, can visit the Bears PSL Marketplace. Fans using our official Bears PSL Marketplace to transfer PSLs can do so each year from February 1 to November 1. All other transfers are accepted each year from February 1 to July 1. How Can I Request A Relocation Of My Non-PSL Season Tickets?

Seat relocation requests will only be accepted by non-PSL season ticket holders. If you would like to request a relocation of your non-PSL season tickets, send your request in writing, to the address below. Every effort will be made to accommodate non-PSL relocation requests; however there is no assurance requests will be fulfilled, due to our high season ticket renewal rate.

Include your Bears Season Ticket account number and contact information in case the Ticket Office needs to reach you. Please be as specific as possible when submitting your request to change seat locations for the 2007 season. For instance, "I am willing to move further away from the 50 yard-line to be in a lower row" or "I am willing to be in a higher row to be closer to the 50 yard-line".

Can I Take A Tour Of Soldier Field?

The Soldier Field Tours offer both a historic and modern-day journey that includes the South Courtyard, Doughboy Statue, Grand Concourse, Mezzanine Level, the Cadillac Club and Colonnades, Sky Suites, Visitor's Locker Room, and West Den.

Tours are approximately 45-minute long and are available on select dates (Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.) by phone reservation only. The tour costs $15 per adult, $10 per student (12 or older), $7 per Senior Citizen and $4 per child 12 years and younger (children 3 and under are free). A 25% discount will apply to school and park district groups larger than 30 and active military or veterans. Groups need a minimum of 10 people.

Fans have the unique opportunity to send special greetings to a friend or loved one on the LED ribbon panels at Bears home games this season.
