Where can I get a copy of the Bears A-Z Guide? v
The Chicago Bears Gameday A-Z Guide is available on ChicagoBears.com. You can also visit any Fan Services booth on gameday for a printed copy.
Is there an Alcohol-Free section at Soldier Field? v
Alcohol-Free seating is located in Sections 148 and 155. The possession of alcoholic beverages is not permitted in these sections, and guests who violate this policy will be ejected from the stadium. For more information, contact the Ticket Sales and Service Office during regular business hours at (847) 615-BEAR.
Where are the ATMs at Soldier Field? v
There are five PNC ATMs conveniently located in the following areas of the stadium: Dr. Pepper Patio (behind the Doughboy Statue) located in the South Courtyard, Sections 101, 117, 128 next to the Verizon Studio, 321, 342, 439, United Club Section 314, Section 350, North Garage near the Bears Pro Shop and outside Gate 10. Soldier Field ATMs are also located at Section 138 and inside Gate 38 - North Garage Level 3. The locations are indicated on the concourse maps in the Chicago Bears Gameday A-Z Guide.
What is the Bag Policy at Soldier Field? v

Based on recommended NFL public safety best practices, we strongly encourage fans to not bring any bags. One (per person) of the bags listed below will be permitted inside Soldier Field:

  • Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12"x6"x12"
  • One-gallon re-sealable clear freezer bag
  • Women's clutch purse no larger than 4.5" x 6.5" with one of the clear plastic bags
  • Medical bags for accompanying patron

All items subject to search. All other bags will be denied. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: purses larger than a clutch bag, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, non-clear cinch bags, luggage of any kind, seat cushions with zippered covers, pockets or flaps, computer bags, camera bags, and any bag larger than the permissible size.

Guests must return unauthorized items to their vehicles. The Bears and SMG/Soldier Field Management cannot safeguard items which are not permitted to be brought into the stadium. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS!


Bears Pro Shop will be open during all hours of operation throughout 7UP Bears Training Camp. It can be found just inside of Gate 1 and next to The End Zone. Make sure to stop by and gear up for the 2017 season. The Chicago Bears prefer Visa.
Where can I send my comments/concerns? v

What concessions are available at Soldier Field? v
Aramark is the exclusive food and beverage concessionaire at Soldier Field. For a complete listing of food and beverages available, please check the Chicago Bears Mobile App, visit chicagobears.com, or any Fan Services booth on gameday.
Can I use a Credit Card or MasterCard PayPass? v
For your convenience all major credit cards and MasterCard PayPass are accepted at all permanent concession stands, bars, Bears Pro Shops, and merchandise portables. Credit cards are not accepted for in-seat vendors, food and beer portables.
Where can I sign up to be a Designated Driver? v
Fans can sign-up at any of the eight Fan Services booths to be a Designated Driver. By pledging not to drink alcohol at the game, fans will receive a coupon for a complimentary soft drink and will be entered into a drawing for a trip to the Super Bowl or Pro Bowl. One lucky fan will also be selected as the "Designated Driver of the Game", and will be awarded $50 in Bears Bucks to use at the Bears Pro Shop. Responsibility Has Its Rewards!
What services do you offer for guests with disabilities? v

The Bears are committed to meeting the needs of our fans with disabilities, and we welcome members of our disabled community to Soldier Field, which is fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act.

ADA Coordinator

ADA Drop-Off / Pick-Up Area

Disabled patrons may be dropped-off on the circle drive (southeast side of stadium) on Museum Campus Drive outside Gate 10. An ADA placard or ADA license plate must be visible to the police and parking attendants, and the person to whom the placard or license plate is registered must be an occupant of the vehicle in order to access the Gate 10 drop-off. Standard Parking will have a limited number of courtesy carts available for transport of the disabled patron to and from the Museum Campus parking lots. Only the disabled patron and one companion will be permitted on the carts.

Gates

All gates at Soldier Field are ADA accessible. A patron who needs to exchange his or her ticket for a wheelchair-accessible seat MUST enter the stadium through Gate 10.

Parking

Most parking facilities immediately surrounding the stadium require a pre-paid parking coupon. These facilities open four hours prior to kickoff and close two hours after the game. Parking lots may close earlier at the discretion of the Chicago Park District and stadium management.

A limited number of single game parking passes for various lots servicing Soldier Field may be purchased in advance by visiting SoldierField.ClickandPark.com.

Fans without full season coupons can also park at the Southwest Parking Facilities at McCormick Place Lot B ($30) or in the Millennium Park Garages ($32) and utilize the free shuttles to the stadium. The parking shuttles drop-off and pick-up area is located on 18th St., just west of Lake Shore Drive. Both shuttles continue until 2 hours after the game.

There is also cash parking available at McCormick Place Lot C - Lakeside ($21). No shuttle service available.

Buses, taxi cabs, and limousines will not be allowed to enter Soldier Field Campus starting 90 minutes after kick-off until one hour after the game is over. Violators are subject to ticketing, towing and prosecution. No exceptions. Buses may drop-off and pick-up guests on Columbus Drive, north of Balbo. Buses cannot drop off or pick up guests on any other area roadway.

Wheelchair Accessible Tickets and Parking

The Bears offer wheelchair-accessible and companion seating on both a season basis and on an individual game basis. Wheelchair accessible seating is available for each home game through Ticketmaster. Should the wheelchair seating allocation through Ticketmaster become exhausted, fans with disabilities are encouraged to proceed with the purchase of conventional seating - if available - then call the Bears ticket office to arrange an exchange. Accessible parking spaces are available in all of the onsite parking lots, but are on a pre-sold full-season basis. A pre-paid parking coupon is required to park in these areas. An ADA placard or license plate is also required, and the person to whom the license plate or placard is registered must be an occupant in the vehicle. Single-game disabled accessible parking is available in the Millennium Park Garage on Columbus Drive, between Monroe and Randolph Streets. You can then take the accessible shuttle directly to Soldier Field. Standard Parking provides a limited number of courtesy carts to drive the disabled person directly to the southeast gates to enter the stadium.

Wheelchairs

A limited number of loaner wheelchairs are available at Guest Services at Gate 1 and the Bears Ticket Office at Gate 10. These are for transporting patrons (by an S3 usher escort) to and from the seating area only and may not be kept for the duration of the game. Wheelchair storage is available at Guest Services at Gates 1 or 15, or any Fan Services booth.

Are there elevators or escalators at Soldier Field? v

For patrons seated in the general seating area, one elevator is located in the southeast corner of the Dr. Pepper Patio inside Gate 6 providing service from the Grand Concourse to the Verizon Mezzanine Level. A second elevator is located in the southwest corner of the Verizon Mezzanine Level behind Section 128 providing access from the Verizon Mezzanine Level to the Media Deck and the West Grandstand.

Guests entering the United Club or Suite areas may do so via the seven passenger elevators (four on the north end, three on the south end) in the United Club. Eight escalators are also available in the United Club to provide access to the upper levels.

All elevators are ADA accessible. Due to limited availability, we ask that only suite patrons and those with special needs use the elevators.

What is the Bears Fan Code of Conduct? v
Courteous behavior and being respectful of others is expected of all guests at Chicago Bears games. Where are the First Aid and Medical Services locations? v
Soldier Field First Aid Stations are located in the following areas: Inside Gate 17 on the Grand Concourse, Colonnade concourse behind Section 339, and United Club Level 300 across from the north elevators, behind Section 304. AEDs are located throughout the stadium and at First Aid stations. Medical service is provided by Event Medical Solutions (EMS), who can be identified by neon green jackets. Ambulances are on site during all games.
Which games may be affected by flex scheduling? v
While all games are subject to change, typically games after October or late in the season may be affected by flex scheduling. The date of the game would not change, only the time.
Can I bring food into the stadium? v
Small food items brought in clear plastic bags for personal consumption are permitted in the stadium. All food containers are prohibited. Beverages and liquids are not permitted.
What are the Bears Gameday Policies? v
Fan Behavior

We are again asking all fans for assistance with our "Help Stop UnBEARable Behavior" campaign. If you notice someone that is violating our Code of Conduct (listed below), please anonymously contact our gameday security by texting the keyword "BEARS" followed by a space, and describe the issue and exact location where assistance is needed to 69050. The keyword and text number will be listed on fixed signage visible in the seating areas and concourses. You can also call 312-235-7999 and security will be dispatched to address the situation. Lastly, you may contact nearest Monterrey Security Officer (red shirts or jackets), S3 usher (yellow jackets) or Fan Services Team Member (navy blue polo).

Code of Conduct

Proper behavior is expected of all guests at Chicago Bears games. Unruly or inconsiderate behavior will not be tolerated and may be grounds for ejection from the stadium and/or revocation of ticket privileges. Such behavior includes, but is not limited to: intoxication, profane, disruptive or abusive language or gestures, offensive or disorderly conduct, throwing any object, excessive standing in the seating area, standing or sitting in the aisles, smoking anywhere in the stadium, bringing any prohibited items into the stadium, possessing alcohol in a No Alcohol section, possessing more than two alcoholic beverages at a time, entering or attempting to enter the field level or playing field, wearing or displaying any apparel with profane or abusive language, failure to follow the instructions of stadium security and/or crowd management personnel, actions that may harm or endanger others and any other conduct that is deemed inappropriate in a public setting. Visiting teams fans are our guests; harassment of any fans will be considered unruly behavior and grounds for ejection. Each guest should hold his or her ticket and be ready to display it to stadium personnel to verify their seat location. Guests sitting in un-ticketed areas are subject to ejection from the stadium. Guests who cannot conform their conduct to these rules are not welcome at Chicago Bears games. The Season Ticket Holder is responsible for the conduct of users of tickets issued to the Season Ticket Holder.

Guests committing an "extreme violation" of our Code of Conduct will result in ejection and automatic revocation of season ticket privileges and Permanent Seat Licenses. Those offenses include, but are not limited to entering or attempting to enter the playing field, or assaulting any guest or staff member. Any repeated violations of our Code of Conduct can result in forfeiture of season ticket privileges and Permanent Seat Licenses.

Smoking Policy

The Smoke-Free Illinois Act prohibits smoking in Soldier Field for Bears games. There are no designated smoking areas inside or outside the stadium and re-entry is prohibited. The smoking policy will be strictly enforced. Violators are subject to ejection. Repeated violations can result in the forfeiting of season ticket privileges. Electronic and smokeless cigarettes are also prohibited.

Gates Open

Open two hours prior to kick-off. Every patron, regardless of age, must have a game ticket and pass through a security checkpoint. In accordance with guidelines imposed by the NFL, all fans and their personal items are subject to physical searches prior to entry into the stadium. We encourage our fans to enter the stadium early to avoid delays.

Each patron should hold his or her ticket stub throughout the game and be ready to display it to a stadium official to verify seat location. No re-entries are permitted. All fans are encouraged to have photo identification available at all times.

Will Call

The Will Call window for ticket and press credential pick-up is located outside Gate 10 at the southeast corner of the stadium. Will Call opens two hours prior to kickoff.

How can I recognize staff for doing a great job at the game? v
The Chicago Bears have very high standards of customer service, and require all of our staff to adopt and pledge a "Fans First" attitude. To this end, we have developed a recognition award for all gameday staff. Staff members proudly wear a Bears pin, which signifies their achievement. We encourage fans to nominate employees for special recognition by completing a Gameday Staff Recognition form at any Fan Services booth on gameday, or by clicking here.
What time do the gates open? v
Gates are open two hours prior to kickoff. Enhanced NFL security measures may lead to increased entry times, so we strongly encourage fans to arrive early and be patient when entering the stadium.

GameDay magazine is available for sale on gameday at vendor stands throughout the stadium and at the Bears Pro Shops, the cost is $5.00. Portable stands are located outside at the Gate 0 underpass, immediately inside Gate 0, at the landing at the south entrance to the Club Lounge, near the Water Wall (near McFetridge Drive), on the northwest ramp near Gate 45, and on the series of ramps on the southwest side of the stadium.

What is the Miller Lite Loft? v
The Miller Lite Loft comes to life every home game and is located under the south endzone video board. It is THE fun place to be. Tickets are not available for purchase.
Where can I park on Gameday? v
Standard Parking manages the parking and on-site traffic operations at Soldier Field. The North Garage, Waldron Deck and South Lot are full season pre-paid coupon lots for season ticket holders selected by a randomly in an online process. Lots open 4 hours prior to kickoff and close 2 hours after the game or earlier at the discretion of the Chicago Park District and stadium management. Tailgating is permitted on all surface lots, but is prohibited in the North Garage and the lower level of the Waldron Deck. Parking in the area near Soldier Field is residential "zone" parking and is subject to citation for violators. Can I take Public Transportation to Soldier Field? v

Fans are encouraged to use public transportation to get to Bears games. The Transportation Center, located northeast of the stadium (at the corner of McFetridge and Museum Campus Drive) is where the CTA, Metra shuttle, and PACE bus services will be available for fans drop-off and pick-up.

Chicago Transit Authority Buses

Soldier Field can be reached on the #127 NW Madison, #128 Soldier Field Express and #146 Inner Drive/Michigan Express buses.

CTA "El" Trains

Service is available from the Roosevelt Station between State and Wabash on the Red, Green and Orange Lines. From there, riders can transfer to #146 Inner Drive/Michigan Express buses or walk east on Roosevelt through the Museum Campus to Soldier Field.

Pace - Soldier Field Express Buses

Pace operates Soldier Field Express Buses for Bears home games. Free parking is available at each departure location. Buses depart 30 minutes after the game is over from the same location where passengers are dropped off. For more information on Pace buses, visit PaceBus.com or call 847-228-2416.

Taxi Cabs

Taxi cabs, Ubers, limousines and buses will not be allowed to enter Soldier Field Campus starting 90 minutes after kick-off. The campus will re-open 1 hour after the game is over. Violators are subject to ticketing, towing and prosecution. No exceptions.

What is the Smoking Policy at Soldier Field? v
Smoking is prohibited at Soldier Field. There are no designated smoking areas inside or outside the stadium and re-entry is prohibited. The smoking policy will be strictly enforced. All violations are subject to ejection, and repeated violations can result in the forfeiting of season ticket privileges. Electronic and smokeless cigarettes are also prohibited.
Where can I buy tickets to avoid counterfeits? v
It is suggested that tickets be purchased directly from the Chicago Bears Ticket Office or from Ticketmaster to avoid counterfeit tickets. Ticketmaster is the only site where 100% of the tickets are verified. If available, a limited number of tickets will be sold on gameday at Gate 2 starting two hours prior to kickoff. Immediate entry is required. The selling and purchasing of game tickets on Park District property is prohibited.
What are some facts about Soldier Field? v
Soldier Field was opened in 1924, and has been the home of the Chicago Bears since 1971. After the complete rebuild in 2003, Soldier Field now holds a capacity of 61,500 people and is the second smallest stadium in the NFL. Tours of Soldier Field are available on non-gamedays, Monday through Friday. For more information, visit www.soldierfield.net.
How can I get a personal message on the videoboard? v
Fans have the unique opportunity to send special greetings to a friend or loved one on the LED ribbon panels at Bears home games. Your message may contain up to 90 characters (including spaces and punctuation) and will run once at the end of half-time on the panels on both the east and west sides of the stadium. Where can fans tailgate? v
Kick off gameday with Bears fans at the Miller Lite Ultimate Tailgate from 9:30 am to 11:30 am (12pm kickoff) prior to each of the first four (4) regular season games! This event is complimentary, open to the public and features alumni appearances, the WVVM Newsradio 780 and 105.8FM pregame show, music, giveaways, food and beverages available for purchase and more. The Miller Lite Ultimate Tailgate is located on the Stadium Green (southeast and southwest lawns directly outside of Gates 5 & 6) and is brought to you by the Chicago Tribune.
Does my child need a ticket? v
Children under 32" tall are permitted entry inside Soldier Field without a ticket provided they obtain a complimentary lap pass prior to entry. Ticketed patrons will need to obtain a lap pass at the Gate 10 Ticket Office at Soldier Field on gameday. The child receiving the lap pass must be present when the pass is issued. There is a limit of one lap pass per game ticket. The child will have to sit on a ticketed patron’s lap for the game and may not occupy a seat.

The Bears Ticket Office on gamedays is located at Gate 10, at the southeast corner of the stadium. The office opens two hours prior to kickoff and representatives from the Ticket Sales and Services Team can be reached by calling (847) 615-BEAR (2327).
What is Bears Share? v
The Bears Share ticket donation program has been in effect since 1993 benefiting numerous local charities. Tickets can be donated online through My Bears Season Ticket Account. Simply log in to your personal account and select "Manage My Tickets". Select the ticket(s) you wish to donate and select "Donate To Charity". The tickets will automatically be forwarded to BearsCare.Share@Bears.NFL.net. The original ticket(s) become invalid. Donors will receive an email acknowledgement which should be retained for tax purposes. Tickets can also be mailed to the following address: Chicago Bears Football Club, c/o Bears Share, 1920 Football Drive, Lake Forest, IL 60045. Donation must occur at least four (4) business days prior to the game to allow for distribution. How do I access tickets transferred to me electronically? v
Click here and log in using the email address and password created when tickets were accepted, under My Upcoming Bears games click on manage my tickets next to your game. Follow the prompts to print, donate, forward, or resell your tickets.

United Club

How long is alcohol served in the United Club? v
Alcohol service begins two (2) hours prior to kickoff and ends four (4) hours after kickoff. All times are subject to change at the discretion of management.
What is the pre-game Club buffet? v
The pre-game Club buffet is held in the middle of the Club 100 Level prior to the kickoff of every Bears home game. The buffet includes breakfast, brunch or dinner selections depending on the game time and offers various food stations.
Does the cost of my Club ticket include the Club buffet? v
No. The United Club pregame bistro buffet is $60 per person.
How do I make a reservation for the Club buffet? v
Reservations can be made by calling (312)235-7063 or emailing soldierfieldbistro@aramark.com. Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, the week before each home game. Reservations are only accepted from Club Seat Season Ticket Holders and are subject to availability. Single Game Club Seat Ticket Holders can visit the Club 100 Level hostess stand for walk-up seating on the day of the game.
What time does the Club buffet open? v
Seating for the buffet begins when the United Club opens, two (2) hours prior to kickoff. After kickoff, the buffet area becomes an al a carte food area with general seating available for Club Seat Ticket Holders.
Can I exit the Club and go to other areas of Soldier Field? v

Yes, Club Seat ticket holders can leave the United Club to visit other parts of Soldier Field. In an effort to keep the United Club an exclusive area for Club Seat ticket holders, a re-entry pass policy is in effect.

Upon entry to the United Club, all Club Seat ticket holders will have their tickets marked by Monterrey Guest Service Personnel. If you decide to visit a part of the stadium outside the United Club, you will need to pick up a re-entry pass from an usher posted at any of the Club's exit doors.To be allowed re-entry into the United Club, you must show your marked Club Seat game ticket and return the re-entry pass to an usher posted at any of the Club's entrance doors. Club Seat ticket holders that see a non-Club Seat ticket holder enter the Club, should immediately notify security personnel. Keeping the Club exclusive to Club Seat ticket holders is a top priority and the help of our fans is appreciated!

Where are Club seats located at Soldier Field? v
Club seats are located within Sections 301-317 and 202-216 on the 200 and 300 Levels of the United Club.
Once in the United Club, how do I find my seat location? v
Club Seat Ticket Holders can take the escalators or the internal stairwells to the seating areas on the 200 and 300 Levels. Assistance can also be provided by Chicago Bears and Monterrey personnel, available throughout the United Club.
What are Club 1, Club 2 and Club 3? v
Club 1, Club 2 and Club 3 are the three different price ranges for Club tickets. The price ranges are differentiated by yard line location, and not by Club Level.
How many rows are there on the 200 and 300 Club levels? v
There are 19 rows in most sections on the Club 200 Level and 18 rows in most sections on the Club 300 Level.
Are my Club Seats inside or outside? v
Ticketed Club Seats are located outdoors. There are also limited lounge and table seating areas located indoors throughout the three levels of the United Club.
Are Club Seats protected from rain or snow? v
Club Seats on the Club 200 Level in Row 10 or higher are located under the overhang of the 300 Level and will likely be protected from precipitation. All other Club Seats on the Club 300 Level are exposed to the elements.
Where is the gameday entrance for the United Club? v
United Club Seat Ticket Holders can enter through any gate at Soldier Field, however Gates 38 and 6 are recommended for access directly into the Club. Once inside the stadium, doors to the United Club can be found on the North and South side of the Club as well as on the East Mezzanine.
Can I see the playing field from inside the United Club? v
There are very limited views of the playing field from inside the United Club. It is recommended that Club Seat Ticket Holders watch the game from their seat.
What are the hours of the United Club? v
The United Club opens two (2) hours prior to kickoff and will remain open approximately five (5) hours after the start of the game. All times are subject to change at the discretion of management.
