Ticket Payment Options FAQs
How do I make a payment with my credit card?
Go to www.chicagobears.com and click 'My Bears Season Ticket Account' located in the upper right hand corner. On the following screen, click 'My Bears Season Ticket Account' again. On the next screen, select 'CLICK HERE TO ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT'. The following page will be the log in screen. Use your 6-digit account number and password to log in to your account.
What if I forgot my password?
Once you are on the log in screen, select 'Forgot Your Password' located under the Log In box. Enter your Account ID or your e-mail address and your password will be e-mailed to the address registered in your account. If you do not have an Account ID or Password, or do not know the e-mail address registered in your account, please contact the Chicago Bears Ticket Office at (847) 615-BEAR.
What credit cards do you accept?
The Bears accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Credit card payments can be made online at www.chicagobears.com, 'My Bears Season Ticket Account'.
Can I make multiple payments using my credit card?
Yes. You can enter the amount of the payment you would like to make on the payment screen. A $2 INET fee will be charged for each payment transaction.
Can I use multiple credit cards?
Yes. You may use more than one (1) credit card to pay for your season tickets. A $2 INET fee will be charged for each payment transaction.
Can I pay by check and credit card?
Yes. Checks can be sent to JPMorgan, Attn: Chicago Bears Lockbox 97738, 131 S. Dearborn - 6th Floor, Chicago, IL 60603. Please include your 6-digit account number on your check. Credit card payments can be made online at www.chicagobears.com, 'My Bears Season Ticket Account'.
How do I transfer my PSLs?
PSLs can be transferred from February 1 to July 1. Complete the 
PSL Transfer Request Form (PDF) and send to Chicago Bears Ticket Office, 1920 Football Drive, Lake Forest, IL 60045.
How do I sell my PSLs?
PSLs can be purchased and sold at the PSL Marketplace. Transfers using the PSL Marketplace can be done from February 1 to June 10.
