A Chase ATM is located on the Club 300 Level behind Section 314 near the south bank of elevators. Another ATM is located on the Club 100 Level at the north end near the restrooms. Four other Chase ATMs are in Soldier Field, with the closest to the Cadillac Club in the South Courtyard.
Bears Bucks gift certificates are available for purchase at Store.ChicagoBears.com, the Bears online team store. Bears Bucks come in $10 increments and are accepted same as cash at all food, beverage and retail locations for Bears games at Soldier Field.
The Cadillac Club offers a pre-game buffet for Club Seat ticket holders. Reservations are strongly recommended; however, walkup seating is available. The buffet costs $50 per-person. The buffet area, located on the Club 100 Level, is open to all Club Seat ticket holders after the 2nd quarter of each game for a la carte service. The Chicago Bears have staff available to assist Club Seat ticket holders on gamedays at concierge desks located at the north and south ends of the Club 100 Level.
For your convenience, all major credit cards and are accepted at all permanent concession stands, bars and Bears Pro Shops in the general stadium areas and the Cadillac Club. Major credit cards are also accepted at merchandise portables. Credit cards are not accepted for in-seat vendors, food and beer portables or Bears game tickets sold by the Bears Ticket Office.
Four escalators are available to Club Seat ticket holders for access to the seating sections on the Club 200 and 300 Levels.
To sign up for your Chicago Bears ExtraPoints MasterCard, visit the kiosk inside of Gate 0 in the South Courtyard or any of the ExtraPoints kiosks in and around the stadium. There is a first-aid station located at the north end of the Club 300 Level across from the elevators.
There are three family restrooms inside the Club - one on the south end of the Club 100 Level and two on the Club 200 Level (one at the north end, one at the south end). Family restrooms are restricted to ticket holders with small children.
While all game times are subject to change, the NFL again will incorporate Flex Scheduling. In 2007, the 12:00 p.m. (CT) scheduled games on Sunday in weeks 11 through 17 are subject to change to 3:15 p.m. or 7:15 p.m. kickoff times. Flex Scheduling will NOT change the date of any game.
Club Seat ticket holders are encouraged to use Gate 6 (southeast) or Gate 38 (northeast) to enter the stadium. Access to the stadium is also available through the 3rd level of the North Garage. When leaving the stadium, we suggest Club Seat ticket holders use the exterior stairs outside the Club 300 Level. The Cadillac Club and all stadium gates open two hours prior to kickoff.
For 2007 home games, the Cadillac Club hours are:
Two marches, or open kitchens, are located at the north and south end of the Club 100 Level and feature Asian and Italian action stations, Chicken Caesar sandwiches, Angus Cheddar-Burgers, and Edy’s Dibs ice cream bites. Grills will have pork chop and steak sandwiches. Other selections in the Club include Italian sausages, pizza, Prime Rib sandwiches, Italian beef and wraps, as well as delicious desserts. All items are designed to satisfy every Bears fans’ gameday cravings. Food and beverages throughout the Cadillac Club are provided by DNC Sportservice, the Bears official concessionaire.
The Cadillac Club features a variety of menu items offered at the concession stands and the two Marches, or open kitchens. CLICK HERE for a full list of all the menu items from A-to-Z.
Club Seat ticket holders can enter a complimentary merchandise drawing on gamedays at one of the Concierge Desks on the Club 100 Level for a chance to win Bears autographed items. All entry forms are due by halftime.
My Club Connection is the exclusive online Right of First Refusal program which provides all Club Seat Season Ticket Holders the opportunity to purchase tickets to most other events at Soldier Field before the general public. All TVs in the Cadillac Club have the NFL Sunday Ticket which offers the Bears game and all other NFL game broadcasts. Please visit one of the Concierge desks for a channel guide or if you would like to watch a specific game.
Chicago Bears merchandise is available in the Cadillac Club Pro Shop located at the south end of the Club 100 Level. A merchandise stand is also located at the north end of the Club 100 Level. The main Bears Pro Shop is located in the northwest corner of the stadium, on the 100 mezzanine level across from the Veteran’s Memorial water wall. Club Seat ticket holders must present a Cadillac Club Re-Entry
Pass along with their game ticket to re-enter the Cadillac Club on gameday. Re-Entry Passes are given out upon exiting the Cadillac Club by Andy Frain Ushers. To request security assistance from your seat, call the Soldier Field Gameday Security Hotline at (312) 235-7999. Monterrey Security provides all security personnel throughout the Club wearing red jackets on Bears gamedays.
The Smoke-Free Illinois Act prohibits smoking in Soldier Field for Bears games. In consideration of the comfort of all ticket holders, we ask for your cooperation. There are no designated smoking areas inside the stadium, and re-entry is prohibited. The smoking policy will be strictly enforced. First-time violators of the smoking policy will be asked to exchange their ticket for a “Smoking Card”. Any patron refusing to exchange their ticket will be ejected from the stadium. If a patron is then smoking in the stadium for a second time, he or she will be ejected. Repeated violations can result in the forfeiting of season ticket privileges.
There are 144 televisions in the Cadillac Club, including two 20-foot screens in the Club 100 Level buffet area, four flat-screen TVs in the Club 200 Level bar area, and six flatscreen TVs on the Club 300 Level.
To make your gameday experience more enjoyable, ushers provided by Andy Frain Services are positioned throughout the Club to assist Club Seat ticket holders.
