The Chicago Bears take pride in our fans gameday experience. We have very high standards of customer service, and require all of our staff to adopt a Fans First attitude. All employees working at Soldier Field for Bears games have been extensively trained, and all have pledged to uphold these high standards. To this end, we have developed a three-level award recognition program for all gameday staff Bronze, Silver and Gold. Staff members proudly wear a Bears pin which signifies their level of achievement. We encourage fans to nominate employees for special recognition by completing a Gameday Staff Recognition form at any Fan Services booth on gameday or by submitting the Gameday Staff Recognition form online.
