Warming stations
In the event of extremely cold weather conditions, for your comfort, warming stations will be set up at the bottom of the ramp behind the Doughboy Statue in the South Courtyard and behind Section 144 on the Mezzanine Level.

Due to the security screening at all gates, we suggest arriving to the stadium early to avoid long lines and last-minute delays.

Anyone throwing snowballs – or any object – in the stadium will be immediately ejected.
Help stop unBEARable behavior
We are again asking all fans for assistance with our “Help Stop UnBEARable Behavior” campaign. If you notice someone that is violating our Code of Conduct (listed below), please anonymously contact our gameday security by texting the keyword “BEARS” followed by a space, and describe the issue and exact location where assistance is needed to 41513. The keyword and text number will be listed on fixed signage visible in the seating areas and concourses. You can also call 312-235-7999 and security will be dispatched to address the situation. Lastly, you may contact nearest Monterrey Security Officer (red shirts or jackets), S3 usher (yellow jackets) or Fan Services Team Member (orange shirts or navy blue jackets).
Code of conduct
Proper behavior is expected of all guests at Chicago Bears games. Unruly or inconsiderate behavior will not be tolerated and may be grounds for ejection from the stadium and/or revocation of ticket privileges. Such behavior includes, but is not limited to: intoxication, profane, disruptive or abusive language or gestures, offensive or disorderly conduct, throwing any object, excessive standing in the seating area, standing or sitting in the aisles, smoking anywhere in the stadium, bringing any prohibited items into the stadium, possessing alcohol in a No Alcohol section, possessing more than two alcoholic beverages at a time, entering or attempting to enter the field level or playing field, wearing or displaying any apparel with profane or abusive language, failure to follow the instructions of stadium security and/or crowd management personnel, actions that may harm or endanger others and any other conduct that is deemed inappropriate in a public setting. Visiting teams fans are our guests; harassment of any fans will be considered unruly behavior and grounds for ejection. Each guest should hold his or her ticket and be ready to display it to stadium personnel to verify their seat location. Guests sitting in un-ticketed areas are subject to ejection from the stadium. Guests who cannot conform their conduct to these rules are not welcome at Chicago Bears games. The Season Ticket Holder is responsible for the conduct of users of tickets issued to the Season Ticket Holder.
Guests committing an “extreme violation” of our Code of Conduct will result in ejection and automatic revocation of season ticket privileges and Permanent Seat Licenses. Those offenses include, but are not limited to entering or attempting to enter the playing field, or assaulting any guest or staff member. Any repeated violations of our Code of Conduct can result in forfeiture of season ticket privileges and Permanent Seat Licenses.

Don't miss any of the action!
To not miss any of the action, fans are strongly encouraged to enter the stadium more than 45 minutes prior to kickoff, and use the West Gates (9, 19, 31) or Northeast Gate 38. All gates are ADA compliant and open two hours prior to kickoff.
Pat-downs
All fans entering Soldier Field for Bears home games will be subject to physical searches. By tendering your ticket and entering the stadium, you consent to such searches and waive any related claims that you might have against the NFL, its Member Clubs, its affiliates, or its agents. If you elect not to consent to these searches, you will be denied entry into the stadium. Fans with seats in the West Grandstand are encouraged to enter the stadium using the west gates. All gates open at 5:30 p.m. for the 7:30 p.m. kickoff.
Parking
BEGINNING TWO HOURS PRIOR TO KICKOFF, THE CHICAGO POLICE DEPARTMENT WILL TOW AND ISSUE CITATIONS TO CARS PARKED ILLEGALLY IN THE RESIDENTIAL AREA BY SOLDIER FIELD. BEARS GAME PARKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN RESIDENTIAL AREAS BOUNDED BY ROOSEVELT RD. ON THE NORTH, CERMAK RD. ON THE SOUTH, LSD ON THE EAST AND CLARK ST. ON THE WEST. VIOLATORS WILL BE TICKETED AND TOWED.
All parking lots open at 3:30 p.m. and will close at midnight or earlier at the discretion of management.

Bears fans can sign up for Soldier Field area traffic reports and emergency updates at www.notifychicago.org. NotifyChicago is a new city service that provides residents with recorded telephone messages, text messages and/or e-mail alerts on various emergency and non-emergency situations taking place throughout Chicago. Register today to receive up to date information on everything from weather related emergencies to traffic alerts. Signing-up for NotifyChicago is free (you may be charged for incoming calls, messages and data on your devices, check with your provider for details.)
Start your game right, designate a driver
You Hold the Key. Never Drive Drunk. The Chicago Bears, Sportservice, and Miller Lite need you to be one of the 10,001 fans that sign up to be a designated driver this season. If you are 21 years of age or older, please stop by a Fan Services booth and pledge to be a designated driver. Participants will be asked to sign a pledge form, show identification to verify their age and receive a coupon for a complimentary soft drink. Designated drivers will also receive a key that may unlock a treasure chest of prizes that includes the chance to win a trip to the Super Bowl or Pro Bowl.
The Chicago Police Department will be conducting random vehicular roadside safety checks throughout the football season.
Additional restrooms added
Two additional men’s restrooms will be added for the remainder of the games to the general stadium area. They will be located in the north Colonnade Level behind Sections 255/355 and the south Colonnade Level behind Sections 225/325.
Fans can access additional men’s and women’s restrooms located on the Service Level of Soldier Field behind the Doughboy statue in the South Courtyard.
Alcohol sales/restrictions
Alcohol sales will be discontinued five minutes into the third quarter in the general seating area and at 11:15 p.m. in the United Club. The Club closes at 11:45 p.m. The alcohol sales may be discontinued earlier at the discretion of the Bears and the stadium management. Fans cannot purchase or be in possession of more than two alcohol beverages at a time. In-seat vendors will continue to adhere to the one-beer per person limit.
Alcohol will not be permitted outside of the parking lots or on the shuttles. Chicago Police Officers will be strictly enforcing the policy prohibiting alcohol consumption on Chicago Park District property. Drinking alcohol on the public way and surrounding parklands of the Museum Campus is a violation of the law. Violators will be subject to citations and fines.
