Mobile Ticket Guide

Mobile Ticket Guide

As part of a league-wide initiative, the Bears are replacing the print-at-home PDF ticket option with mobile ticketing. PDF tickets will no longer be valid for entry. Please use the guide below to learn more.

Fans that purchased season parking pass booklets for the Southwest Parking Facilities at McCormick Place, through the Random Selection Process, or through the Soldier Field Premium Space program before the season did NOT prepay for Playoff games. To enter Soldier Field parking lots for this game, coupon holders will need to provide their pass and pay the fee equal to the per-game rate charged for this season. All lots accept cash or credit cards. Debit cards will not be accepted.

Allow more travel time to drive to and from Bears games this season with many ongoing road construction projects around the stadium.

Cash single-game parking will be limited at McCormick Place 31st St. Lot B due to a McCormick Place show. Full-season pass tailgaters in Lot B and cars parking in Lot C will not be affected.

Please note there will be no PACE bus service for the Bears playoff games.

If you are using mobile tickets, we strongly recommend the following important tips:

  • Add your ticket(s) to your digital wallet before arrival
  • Fully charge your phone battery before heading to the stadium
  • Transfer (forward) each attendee their own ticket in advance
