I was a little surprised that the Bears released Kyle Adams (again). Does that mean that Dante Rosario will suit up against the Vikings, and what gives him an edge over Adams?

Yes, Bears coach Marc Trestman indicated during the week that tight end Dante Rosario will be active Sunday against the Vikings and "he'll be part of the game plan." Trestman also said that Rosario is faster than Adams, but acknowledged that he doesn't yet know the offense as well: "We'll see where he is in terms of getting to know the offense. He's not where Kyle was when Kyle left. But he's certainly shown the ability to learn. He's been great in meetings."
Are the Bears worried that J'Marcus Webb will be able to tip off his new Vikings defense given the fact that he knows the ins and outs of the Bears offense?

In a word, no, the Bears aren't too concerned that former tackle J'Marcus Webb will spill their secrets to his new teammates in Minnesota. Said offensive coordinator Aaron Kromer: "We feel confident in our system and there are many ways to call plays, more than just one way, and make our calls up front there is more than one way. We don't feel any threat in that matter."
I haven't heard much about Bears fullback Tony Fiammetta. What can you tell me about him?

Tony Fiammetta signed with the Bears in June after appearing in 34 games with 17 starts in three seasons with the Panthers (2009-10) and Cowboys (2011). He was selected by Carolina in the fourth round of the 2009 draft out of Syracuse. In those 34 games he rushed for 26 yards on 11 carries and caught eight passes for 73 yards. Here's what coach Marc Trestman said when asked about Fiammetta this week: "He's a very important part of our offense when he's in there. He's a good blocker. He's a good pass receiver. He hasn't had a lot of opportunities. He's not going to be in there the whole game because we have too many personnel groupings for that to happen. His value will continue to evolve as we move through the season."
