1. HOW TO ENTER: The 2022 Chicago Bears BetRivers Risk It Game (the "Game") will be conducted during the 2022 Chicago Bears regular season games between September 11, 2022 at 12 Noon Central Time ("CT") and ends on January 8, 2023 at 12 Noon CT (each, a "Game") and will be comprised of seventeen (17) separate entry periods (each, an "Entry Period"), as follows:

*Each Game during the applicable Entry Period begins two days prior to regular season game kick-off and ends with regular season game kick-off.

You can play the Game prior to any regular season game of the Chicago Bears each Entry Period using your personal mobile device to select your answer predicting the number of times certain event(s) will occur during the applicable Game (each, a "Game Event"). You will earn Game Event Points (as defined below for each Game you play in the Game during the applicable Entry Period and your total Game Event Points for the applicable Entry Period will be tabulated by Sponsor within six (6) hours following the conclusion of that Entry Period.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Game is open to all legal residents of the United States ages 21 years and over as of the date of entry, excluding residents of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of The Chicago Bears Football Club, Inc. ("Sponsor" or "Chicago Bears"), Midwest Gaming & Entertainment LLC DBA Rivers Casino ("BetRivers") and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, wholesalers, retailers, distributers, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, husband, wife, daughter, son, step-father, step-mother, step-daughter, step-son, step-brother, step-sister, half-brother, half-sister) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

3. HOW TO PLAY THE GAME:

A. Download the Chicago Bears Official App. To play the Game, an eligible participant must download the free "Chicago Bears Official App" available at the Apple App Store and/or Google Play (the "Chicago Bears Official App") to the participant's Internet-enabled phone, smartphone, tablet or pad (collectively "Digital Device").

B. Online Registration. Once the Chicago Bears Official App is installed on your Digital Device, click on Risk It that appears under the Gameday menu in the bottom navigation. If a user is not already logged in, they will be able to do so by either clicking on Bears Ticket Account, Bears App Account or Create an Account on the resulting screen and by following the instructions to complete the required online registration form fields as follows: (a) enter your first and last name, your personal email address and confirm it, then create password (passwords are case sensitive and should have 8 or more characters) and confirm it; then confirm that you have read, understand and unconditionally agree to the Official Rules and the Privacy Policy by clicking on the applicable box. You will also be given the option to receive marketing emails from Sponsor. Sponsor's marketing emails are not related to playing the Game, and whether or not you elect to receive such marketing emails will have no effect on your ability to enter or your chances of winning a prize in the Game. You can "opt out" at any time from receiving marketing communications from the Sponsor by clicking on the "Manage Your Preferences" link found at the bottom of any such Communication and following the instructions. Even if you do not opt in to receive marketing emails from the Sponsor or if you later opt out, Sponsor reserves the right to send you emails about the Game.

C. Playing the Game. Once the Chicago Bears Official App is installed on your Digital Device and registration is completed, navigate to the "More" tab via the bottom navigation, select "Bears Game Room" and click on "Risk It" to enter the Game for the applicable Entry Period. Once you've clicked on "Risk It," you will be asked to verify that you are over 21. Once past the age gate, simply select your desired answer to each Game Event question and allocate the number of Game Points (as defined below) that you are willing to risk on your selected answer being correct. You will start the game with a total of five hundred (500) points to allocate to your answers for the Game Event questions ("Game Event Points"). Your allocation of the Game Event Points may range from zero to one hundred seventy five (175) for any single question. For each question correctly answered, you will earn the number of Game Event Points allocated to that question. Your Game Event Points total for the applicable Game will appear on your fan dashboard of the Chicago Bears Official App as soon as the correct answers are uploaded by Sponsor and the Game closed, which will occur within six (6) hours following the conclusion of that Entry Period. At the conclusion of each Entry Period, Sponsor will tabulate the total of all Game Event Points earned by each participant during the applicable Entry Period to determine the participant with the highest total number of Game Event Points earned during that Entry Period (a "Top Score"). In the event of a tie or multiple ties in the highest total number of Game Event Points earned by participants during the applicable Entry Period, then the Top Score will be selected based on the average time of entry into the Chicago Bears Official App (i.e., among all participants tied for the highest Game Event Points, the participant with the Top Score will be determined based on the actual time, as reflected in the electronic records, the participant clicked or tapped on "Submit" for the applicable Entry Period). *NO GAME EVENT POINTS WILL BE RECORDED AFTER THE CORRECT ANSWERS TO THE QUESTIONS ARE UPLOADED AND THE GAME CLOSED, WHICH WILL OCCUR SHORTLY FOLLOWING THE CONCLUSION OF EACH GAME DURING THE APPLICABLE ENTRY PERIOD. *

D. Online Access Only. You may enter the Game only through the Chicago Bears Official App using your Digital Device. No other method of entry will be accepted.

4. PRIZE: On or before six (6) hours following the Entry Period the participant with the Top Score for the applicable Entry Period will be determined by Sponsor (see Rule 3.C above for determination of Top Score winner). Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules the potential winner with the Top Score will be declared the official Top Score winner for that Entry Period. The odds of winning a Top Score are based upon (a) the number of participants playing the Game during the applicable Entry Period and (b) the total number of Game Event Points earned by a participants during the applicable Entry Period.

The "Winner" will receive the following prizes (collectively referred to as "Prize"): a. $250.00 in Free Bets at il.betrivers.com*; and, b. $250.00 Custom Chicago Bears Jersey.

*No cash value. You must be 21+ years old and physically located in Illinois to wager and valid only at il.betrivers.com. Must be eligible for an active BetRivers Sportsbook account to claim Prize. Not valid for any participant of the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program. Must be 21 years of age or older. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any Prize with another of equal value should any unforeseen circumstances occur. All state, federal, and local taxes or other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner. No Prize substitutions or cash redemption will be made except Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable.

5. WINNER'S LIST: For a Winner's List, please send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: The Chicago Bears Football Club, Inc., Attn: 2021 Chicago Bears BetRivers Game Winner's List, 1920 Football Drive, Lake Forest, Illinois 60045. Requests must be received by January 15, 2022.

6. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By participating in the Game, each participant accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respect. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Official Rules and any advertisement, promotional or marketing materials, or other announcements relating to the Game, these Official Rules govern. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Game at any time. Sponsor may amend these Official Rules by posting such amended Official Rules on www.chicagobears.com

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY/DISCLAIMERS: BY ENTERING THE GAME, ALL PARTICIPANTS AGREE TO FOREVER WAIVE, RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE SPONSOR, RIVERS CASINO, THE NATIONAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE, AS WELL AS EACH RESPECTIVE PARTIES OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, ATTORNEYS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, SHAREHOLDERS, CONTRACTORS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS AND INSURERS (COLLECTIVELY "RELEASED PARTIES") FOR AND FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEBTS, LIABILITIES, DEMANDS, OBLIGATIONS, COSTS, FEES, EXPENSES, ACTIONS, CAUSES OF ACTION WHATSOEVER, OF EVERY NATURE, CHARACTER AND DESCRIPTION (COLLECTIVE, "CLAIMS"), KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ALL THOSE ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE GAME; THESE OFFICIAL RULES; PARTICIPANT'S ENTRY; THE NEGLIGENCE OF ANY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES; THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE OR USE OF ANY PRIZE; AND ANY PARTICIPATION IN THE GAME. IN ADDITION, EACH PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY COSTS, INJURIES, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH: (I) INCOMPLETE, LOST, LATE, MISDIRECTED OR ILLEGIBLE ENTRIES OR FOR FAILURE TO RECEIVE ENTRIES DUE TO ANY CAUSE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, HUMAN, TRANSMISSION, OR TECHNICAL PROBLEMS, FAILURES, OR MALFUNCTIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER ORIGINATING WITH SENDER OR OTHERWISE, THAT MAY LIMIT AN PARTICIPANT'S ABILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE GAME; OR (II) ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE GAME AND/OR THE USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, CLAIMS, COSTS, INJURIES, LOSSES AND DAMAGES RELATED TO PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, DAMAGE TO, LOSS OR DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY, OR ANY CLAIMS, COSTS, INJURIES, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES RELATED TO OR BASED ON THE PARTICIPANT'S RIGHTS OF PUBLICITY OR PRIVACY, OR THE PARTICIPANT'S CLAIM THAT HE OR SHE HAS SOMEHOW BEEN DEFAMED OR PORTRAYED IN A FALSE LIGHT.)

BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, PARTICIPANT REPRESENTS AND WARRANTS THAT HE OR SHE OWNS AND/OR HAS THE AUTHORITY TO RELEASE THE CLAIMS STATED HEREIN. FURTHER, BY

THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ENTRIES OR PRIZE NOTIFICATION EMAILS THAT ARE LOST, STOLEN, MISDIRECTED, GARBLED, DELAYED BY COMPUTER TRANSMISSION OR DAMAGED.

THE NATIONAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE, ITS MEMBER PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL CLUBS, NFL VENTURES, L.P., NFL PROPERTIES LLC, NFL ENTERPRISES LLC, NFL PRODUCTIONS LLC AND NFL INTERNATIONAL LLC AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, SHAREHOLDERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES AND EMPLOYEES (COLLECTIVELY, THE "NFL ENTITIES") WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN THIS GIVEAWAY OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED. THE NFL ENTITIES, OTHER THAN THE CHICAGO BEARS FOOTBALL CLUB, INC., HAVE NOT OFFERED OR SPONSORED THIS GAME IN ANY WAY.

8. PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in the Game, each participant irrevocably grants the Released Parties the right to use each such participant's name, photograph, image, video, biographical information, in any and all media for any purpose, including, without limitation, advertising and promotional purposes and each participant hereby releases the Released Parties from any liability with respect thereto, except where prohibited. By entering this Game, participant permits the Released Parties to utilize participant's contact information provided by participant on the entry form to contact participant for any reason via phone, email, and/or mail. Completion of the entry form constitutes assent to these written terms.

9. ADDITIONAL DISCLAIMERS: If the Game is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including, without limitation, because of a printing error, human error, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or other cause which corrupt or threaten to corrupt or adversely affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Game, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Game, including awarding the prizes from among eligible entries received prior to the date of the cancellation, modification or suspension. All participants, as a condition of entry, agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from this Game. Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify any person it believes has violated these Official Rules. Participants further agree to not knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Game and/or prevent others from using the Game. Any person who supplies false information, obtains entries by fraudulent means, or is otherwise determined to be in violation of these official rules in an attempt to obtain any prize will forfeit any prize won and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

10. GOVERNING LAW: ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE ENTRANTS, SPONSOR OR RELEASED PARTIES IN CONNECTION WITH THE GAME SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OR CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE'S LAWS.

11. PARTICIPANTS' PRIVACY: Any personally identifiable information collected in connection with an participant's participation in this Game will be used by Sponsor, its respective affiliates, and agents only for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Game, as described in these Official Rules, and in any manner consistent with Sponsor's respective Privacy Policy, available at https://www.chicagobears.com/about/privacy-policy.
