Community Investment Request Form
In order for your organization to be considered for a monetary donation, your request must comply with our Donation Guidelines. To submit your donation request, please fill out the information below and submit the supporting documents. Requests must be made at least eight weeks in advance to adequately review and take your request under consideration.
The Chicago Bears are asked to support thousands of worthwhile charitable causes and events each year. Please note that we make every effort to accommodate as many requests as possible, but our resources are limited. Due to the number of requests that the Bears receive on a regular basis, we are simply unable to respond to or accommodate all requests.
