Through the NFL's annual My Cause My Cleats campaign, 178 Bears staff members painted Nike Air Force 1's to represent causes and organizations close to their heart. For six employees, that meant honoring longtime friend and colleague Katie Nagle. 

Bears players, coaches and staff sported special footwear for the team's My Cause My Cleats game Thanksgiving Day against the Lions. Take an exclusive look at the custom shoes, which were created to support a charitable organization of each person's choice, as well as some of the players and staff posting with their shoes.

During warmups of Thursday's game against the Lions, Bears nickel back Kyler Gordon will be sporting special footwear in support of Hope Chicago, a scholarship-focused organization designed to provide students and their parents/guardians with the support needed to graduate from college debt-free, as part of the NFL's My Cause My Cleats initiative.

In addition to the more than 40 Bears players participating in the NFL's annual My Cause My Cleats campaign, the team's leaders – chairman George H. McCaskey, President & CEO Kevin Warren, general manager Ryan Poles and head coach Matt Eberflus – will also be representing organizations close to their heart via custom sneakers. 

Bears tight end Cole Kmet received a special delivery for My Cause My Cleats with the help of Special Olympics Illinois.
