Mobile Ticket Guide

All guests are required to enter Bears home games using a mobile ticket.

New for 2025: mobile tickets can only be scanned through the Chicago Bears Official App, brought to you by Verizon, or saved to the mobile wallet for tap-to-enter.
Barcode scanning from web browser will no longer be supported for entry.

We strongly recommend the following important tips:

Get the App

Download the Chicago Bears Official App, available on the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

Within the app create a profile by selecting "Sign In/Sign Up" and following the on Screen instructions.

Step 3

During the sign up process, connect your Ticketmaster account associated with your Bears Tickets.

Step 4

To view your tickets and events, go to Tickets and then Manage Tickets

View Your Tickets

Once you have signed in, you will see a list of your upcoming games. Tap on the game you wish to access.

Step 2

You will now see all of your tickets. If you are ready to enter the stadium, tap on 'view barcode' and the barcode for entry will display.

For ease of entry at the gate, add your ticket to your device's wallet ahead of time.

Your mobile ticket features the location of your seat and barcode. Present your ticket at the gate and the barcode will be scanned for entry. Barcodes will not appear until the week of each game.

If you have multiple tickets, swipe right and scan the additional barcodes for entry.

If your ticket is in your device's wallet, you will NOT see a barcode. Hold your device near the scanner at the gate for entry.
If you have not added your ticket to your device's wallet, you WILL see a barcode. Scan this for entry at the gate.

Transfer Your Tickets

Within the game ticket screen, tap the 'transfer' button.

(Please note that not all tickets are eligible for transfer. If they are not, the transfer option will be greyed out.)

Select the tickets you'd like to transfer and click 'Continue' at the bottom of the screen.

Transfer tickets to others by text message or email. You can manually enter the recipient's information or select from a list in your account.

Sell Your Tickets

Select a game from the list of your tickets and tap the 'sell' button on the bottom of the screen.

Please note that not all tickets are eligible for resale. If they are not, the resale option will not be shown.

If this is your first time selling tickets, you will be asked to create a Seller Profile. Once you fill out this information and confirm via email , tap 'Continue' to proceed.

After selecting the tickets you want to sell, enter your asking price.

Choose your payout method for the sale and then tap on 'confirm' to complete the listing.

Accept Tickets

Click on Accept Tickets in the email or text message received. If you have the Bears app installed, you can accept tickets in the 'Manage My Tickets' section.

Sign in to your account via mobile web to accept and view your tickets.

Select Accept. For ease of entry at the gate, add your ticket to your device's wallet ahead of the game.

You must connect the same Ticketmaster account to your Bears app profile that your tickets were emailed to.

If you don't already have a Bears app profile, please create one first and then link your Ticketmaster account to it.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get the Bears app?

The Chicago Bears mobile App can be downloaded for free on Apple or Android devices, or by searching for the "Chicago Bears" app in Google Play or the Apple App Store.

Can I still print my tickets from home?

No. As part of a league-wide initiative, the Bears have replaced the print-at-home PDF ticket option with mobile ticketing. PDF tickets will no longer be valid for entry. Fans can enter the stadium using mobile tickets via the free Chicago Bears Official App.

What if I don't have a smartphone?

If you do not have a smartphone, please contact the Bears ticket office at 847-615-2327 or ticket.office@bears.nfl.net for assistance.

Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone?

Yes. When accessing your tickets through your account, tap on the game, and you will be able to swipe right to left through your available tickets. We strongly encourage saving your tickets to your phone's Wallet or Passbook prior to gameday.

What if I need help on gameday?

You may visit the ticket office located outside Gate 10 on the Southeast corner of Soldier Field on gameday. Please have a valid ID for the name on the account.

If I purchased my tickets from Ticketmaster, can I still access them through the Bears app?

Yes, you will be able to access your tickets via the Bears App. If you don't already have a Bears app profile, please create one first and then link your Ticketmaster account to it.

When linking your Ticketmaster account to your Bears app profile, you must use the same email that your tickets were sent to.

Can I use a screenshot of my ticket to enter Soldier Field?

No, screenshots of tickets or any ticket produced by an unauthorized source will not be accepted. You can access your tickets through the Bears App, the Ticketmaster app or from your smartphone's mobile wallet - Apple wallet for iPhone users; Google Pay for Android users.

I have routinely transferred tickets to friends/coworkers in the past. Has that process changed?

The process to transfer a ticket has not changed. However, the recipient will only be able to access tickets for entry via mobile device. The ability to print tickets at home (a PDF) is no longer available. We encourage you to communicate in advance with whomever you may transfer tickets to and make sure they have a smartphone device to accept and view tickets.

What if my entire party is not with me when I enter Soldier Field?

Every fan needs to present a ticket to enter Soldier Field. If your party is not with you, you are able to transfer the ticket to them via your smartphone so they may enter separately.

What if I don't have the Bears Mobile App?

If you do not have the Bears app, you can also access your tickets through the Ticketmaster app.

If you do not have either of those apps, you can access open your Account Manager in your mobile web browser and add your tickets to to your mobile wallet. You are unable to scan a mobile ticket from the Account Manager website; it must be in your mobile wallet.
