"Bears Related Social Media Content" means any information tweeted or posted including text, dialogue, links, photographs, and/or video, using a hashtag promoted by the Chicago Bears, or otherwise published on a social media page or platform hosted, used and/or controlled by the Chicago Bears.

"You" means the tweeter or poster of Bears Related Social Media Content.

Rights to Post Bears Related Social Media Content

All tweets or posts of Bears Related Social Media Content by You must be legal, decent, honest and truthful. By tweeting or posting Bears Related Social Media Content, You acknowledge that the publication shall not breach any third party intellectual property or other rights. You confirm that you have the right to publish the Bears Related Social Media Content contained in your tweets and/or posts.

Chicago Bears Rights to Use Social Media Content

When You tweet or post Bears Related Social Media Content, You grant the Chicago Bears a license to use, retweet, post or publish the Bears Related Social Media Content in any or all medium determined by the Chicago Bears, to amend or edit the Bears Related Social Media Content prior to use or publication by the Chicago Bears; and to remove the Bears Related Social Media Content from any Chicago Bears controlled social media page, platform and/or website.

The use or publication of any Bears Related Social Media Content by the Chicago Bears will not give You any rights to intellectual property owned by the Chicago Bears or others contained therein.

Liability

You are responsible for the content and accuracy of all Bears Related Social Media Content posted by You. The Chicago Bears are not responsible for any Bears Related Social Media Content originally published by You or any third party. You hereby waive and hold the Chicago Bears harmless from any and all claims arising out of the use of the Bears Related Social Media Content provided by You or by any third party.
