Chalk Talk: Which Bears player has excelled vs. Packers?

Wondering about a player, a past game or another issue involving the Bears? Senior writer Larry Mayer answers a variety of questions from fans on ChicagoBears.com.

Which current member of the Bears has had his best career games against the Packers?
Mark T.
Madison, Wisconsin

That's an easy question. Outside linebacker Leonard Floyd has excelled against the Packers ever since he entered the NFL in 2016. In seven career games against Green Bay, Floyd has recorded 7.5 sacks, 22 tackles, 10 quarterback hits, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery in the end zone for a touchdown. Here's hoping for more of the same in Sunday's game between the long-time rivals at Lambeau Field.

Can the Bears still win the NFC North championship?
Tom K.
Chicago Heights, Illinois

It's still possible, yes. But the only way that could happen is if the Bears win their final three games over the Packers, Chiefs and Vikings; the Packers lose to the Bears, Vikings and Lions; and the Vikings lose to the Chargers, beat the Packers and lose to the Lions. To earn the second and final wild card berth in the NFC, the Bears (7-6) would have to make up two games on both the Vikings (9-4) and Rams (8-5).

I can't remember the last time the Bears faced the Packers in Green Bay when the game wasn't played at night. When was the last day game between the teams at Lambeau Field?
Jason H.
Rockford, Illinois

This season snaps a streak of eight straight night games between the Bears and Packers in Green Bay. The last day game between the two teams at Lambeau Field was the 2010 season finale, which kicked off at 3:15 p.m. (CT) and was won by the Packers 10-3. The last Bears-Packers game in Green Bay that began at noon was on Nov. 16, 2008, a contest the Packers won 37-3.
