CAREER TRANSACTIONS: Signed by the Patriots as a rookie free agent after going undrafted in the 2016 NFL Draft. On September 3, 2016, he was released by the Patriots as part of final roster cuts. On September 4, 2016, LeBlanc was claimed off waivers by the Chicago Bears.

COLLEGE: Attended Florida Atlantic University playing four seasons from 2012-2015. Was named the 2015 Team Defensive MVP.

Credited with "the Hardest Hit" of the year in Palm Beach County. Participated in the Nike South Florida All-Star Game and was invited to the Outback Bowl and the Nike All-Star Game.
