COLLEGE CAREER: Finished his collegiate career starting 41-of-50 games, accumulating 6 INTs, 34 PBUs, 173 tackles – including 23.5 TFLs and 4.5 sacks – 4 FFs and 1 FR… Added 1 blocked kick and 3 PRs for 41 yards (13.7 avg) and 1 TD on special teams.

SENIOR: One of the Hokies four permanent captains for 2013… A second-team All-American by Walter Camp Foundation… A first-team all-ACC selection by the coaches and a third-team all-ACC selection by ACSMA… Played in 9 games, making 8 starts… Totaled 24 tackles, 2 INTs and 10 PBUs in his final season… Missed four games, including the Sun Bowl, with a groin injury… Dressed, but saw limited action in two other contests… Earned Super Iron Hokie honors in summer max testing after posting personal bests in the bench press (330), front squat (370) and power clean (305).
