Biography

Cooper has appeared in 54 games with 24 starts, tallying 130 tackles, seven interceptions – including one returned for a score – 32 pass breakups, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery in four seasons with the Kansas City Chiefs (2013-15) and the Arizona Cardinals. He has also spent time with the San Francisco 49ers (2013).

Last season with the Cardinals, Cooper set career highs in games played (15), games started (13), tackles (69) and interceptions (four). He also returned an interception for his first career touchdown and added a team-high 11 pass breakups.

Cooper has appeared in one postseason contest, totaling two tackles and one pass breakup.

The Rutgers alum originally entered the NFL with the 49ers as a 7th round selection (252nd overall) in the 2013 NFL Draft.
