PRO CAREER: Owns 79 receptions for 909 yards (11.5 avg) and 9 touchdowns in 48 games (19 starts) over four NFL seasons with the Jacksonville Jaguars (2009-11) and Chicago Bears (2015)... Coming off of career-highs in receptions (34), yards (439) and touchdowns (5)... Missed the 2012 season in Jacksonville due to a calf injury and the 2014 season in Chicago due to a foot injury... Spent part of 2013 offseason with Tampa Bay before being waived prior to start of regular season... Adds 23 special teams tackles and 3 kickoff returns for 41 yards.

His 2 receptions in Game 2 vs. Arizona were his first NFL receptions since October 2, 2011... PREVIOUS SEASONS: 2014 - Spent entire regular season on Injured Reserve with Chicago after suffering a foot injury in the preseason. 2013 - Spent the offseason with Tampa Bay but was waived by the Buccaneers before the start of the regular season (August 27). 2012 - Placed on Injured Reserve by Jacksonville prior to the start of the regular season (September 2) due to a calf injury... Was waived off of Injured Reserve on October 16 and did not sign with another team that season. 2011 - Caught 4 passes for 42 yards (10.5 ypr) and 1 TD in four games played with Jacksonville... Added 2 special teams tackles... Appeared in Games 2-4 and 6... Inactive Game 1 due to a knee injury and Game 5 due to a shoulder injury... Placed on Injured Reserve due to shoulder injury on October 18, causing him to miss the final 10 games of the season. 2010 - Started 5-of-15 games played with Jacksonville, grabbing 20 receptions for 216 yards (10.8 ypc) and 1 TD... COLLEGE: Four-year letterman as a QB at Nebraska-Omaha (2005-08)... Began career at University of Nebraska as walk-on before transferring to Nebraska-Omaha... Served as a team captain for the final three seasons... Played TE for the first time at the 2009 Valero Cactus Bowl in Kingsville, Texas, a Division II all-star game held each January, finishing the contest with 5 receptions for 116 yards and 1 TD in that game... Was 305-of-501 passing for 4,096 yards and 26 TDs ... Finished with 3,122 career rushing yards with school-record 50 TDs.
