We have launched a new way to log in!
This update is designed to give you a smoother, more personalized experience. As part of this update, all fans will need to create a new profile — a quick, one-time step that sets you up for long-term benefits.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Your new Bears app profile is not your ticket account. To access your tickets, you will need to link your Ticketmaster account to your new Bears app profile.
How to create your Bears Profile
Step 1
Update to the latest version of the Chicago Bears Official App from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
Step 2
Tap the Sign Up/Sign In button on the top of the home screen.
Step 3
Follow the on-screen instructions to create your profile.
Step 4
You're all set! Now you can enjoy all the best features of the Chicago Bears Official App.
Step 5 (Optional)
Connect your Ticketmaster account for easy access to your tickets.

Why are we clearing out profiles?
We identified issues where users ended up with multiple app profiles due to different login methods. This led to inconsistent data and experiences. To fix this, we cleared out all old profiles and launched a new login system to ensure each user has one unique, consistent profile.
Why do I need to create a new profile?
We've updated our login system to provide a better, more personalized experience. For the best in-app user experience, it is recommended to create a new profile and then link the Ticketmaster account associated with your season or single game tickets.
What caused the duplicated IDs?
Several scenarios created duplicates:
- Logging out and back in without the app recognizing the original session.
- Using Ticketmaster to log in first, then creating a separate account with email/password.
What’s changing with the new login flow?
All old profiles have been removed to eliminate duplicates.
A centralized authentication system will assign one consistent user profile.
Updated login flows will help the app recognize returning users and prevent multiple profiles.
You will need to create an app profile and then link your Ticketmaster (linking Ticketmaster account is optional) account. There will no longer be the option to just login using your Ticketmaster credentials.
How can I link my Ticketmaster account with my app profile?
You can easily link your Ticketmaster account to your app profile. During the profile creation process, you'll be prompted to connect to any existing Ticketmaster account to ensure a seamless experience.
