10:00 AM: Depart O'Hare International Airport on a United Airlines Charter Flight to Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport
12:00 PM: Arrive in New Orleans and depart for the Hyatt Regency New Orleans
12:30 PM: Welcome Reception at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans
6:00 PM - 9:00 PM: Saturday Evening Reception at the Solari Orleans located in the Garden District
Guests at leisure for remainder of the evening
Sunday, November 5th (All Times Central)
9:00 AM – 10:30 AM: Pregame Breakfast begins at Hyatt Regency New Orleans
12:00 PM: Bears vs Saints Kickoff at Caesars Superdome
5 Minute Walk to Stadium
Immediately following the conclusion game: Guests board buses and depart for Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport
7:30 PM (Approximately): Arrival back at O'Hare International Airport
