• 10:00AM CT - Depart O'Hare on a United Charter Flight to Tampa International Airport
• 1:15PM ET - Arrive in Tampa, buses depart for the Tampa Marriott Water Street
• 2:00PM ET - Welcome Reception at the Tampa Marriott Water Street
• 6:00PM ET - 9:00PM ET - Saturday Evening Reception at Splitsville at Sparkman Wharf
• Guests at leisure for the remainder of the evening

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 24TH

• Guests at leisure in the morning
• 12:00PM ET - Buses depart hotel for Pregame Tailgate Reception
• 12:30PM ET - 3:30PM ET - Pregame Tailgate Reception across the street from Raymond James Stadium
• 4:25PM ET - Bears vs. Buccaneers Kickoff
• Immediately following the game - Guests board buses for Tampa International Airport
• 11:00PM CT (Approximately) - Arrive back at O'Hare International Airport
