How do I get the Bears app?
The Chicago Bears mobile App can be downloaded for free on Apple or Android devices, or by searching for the "Chicago Bears" app in Google Play or the Apple App Store.
Can I still print my tickets from home?
No. As part of a league-wide initiative, the Bears have replaced the print-at-home PDF ticket option with mobile ticketing. PDF tickets will no longer be valid for entry. Fans can enter the stadium using mobile tickets via the free Chicago Bears Official App.
What if I don’t have a smartphone?
If you do not have a smartphone, please contact the Bears Suite Service Department at 847-739-5318 or email@example.com for assistance.
Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone?
Yes. When accessing your tickets through your account, tap on the game, and you will be able to swipe right to left through your available tickets. We strongly encourage saving your tickets to your phone's Wallet or Passbook prior to gameday.
What if I need help on gameday?

Can I use a screenshot of my ticket to enter Soldier Field?
No, screenshots of tickets or any ticket produced by an unauthorized source will not be accepted. You can access your tickets through the Bears App, or https://am.ticketmaster.com/bearste/ on your phone's browser, or from your "Apple Wallet" (if you have an iPhone).
I have routinely transferred tickets to friends/coworkers in the past. Has that process changed?
The process to transfer a ticket has not changed. However, the recipient will only be able to access tickets for entry via mobile device. The ability to print tickets at home (a PDF) is no longer available. We encourage you to communicate in advance with whomever you may transfer tickets to and make sure they have a smartphone device to accept and view tickets.
What if my entire party is not with me when I enter Soldier Field?
Every fan needs to present a ticket to enter Soldier Field. If your party is not with you, you are able to transfer the ticket to them via your smartphone so they may enter separately.
What if I don’t have the Bears Mobile App?
You can also access your mobile tickets through the Internet browser on your smartphone. Click here to log in to your account through the My Chicago Bears AccountManager website.
Someone transferred me a ticket and I don’t see it in my account. What do I do?
Make sure you are logged into the suite ticket portal on the mobile app by clicking the button that says "Manage Suite Tickets". Do NOT click the button that says "Manage My Tickets" as this will take you to the outdoor ticket portal where you will not be able to access suite tickets. Additionally, be sure you are logging into the suite ticket portal using the same email address the ticket was transferred to.
What if I am unable to load the Chicago Bears mobile app when I'm at the Soldier Field?
Add your ticket to your smartphone's mobile wallet before coming to the game to ensure easy access at the stadium. Tickets can be accessed and scanned from a mobile wallet without a cellular or WiFi signal.
If I'm arriving at a game with multiple people, do I need to transfer each guest their individual ticket?
No. You can hold multiple tickets on your phone and scan each of them for entry as long as each guest is present with you at the gate. However, we do suggest transferring each ticket to each guest so they can access different areas of the stadium freely by showing the ticket on their phone.
If I'm arriving at a game with multiple people, can I just send them a screenshot of their ticket?
No. Screenshots will NOT scan for entry into the stadium.
What happens if someone I transferred a ticket to can no longer go to the game?
If the guest has already accepted the ticket, they will need to transfer the ticket back to you using the same process through the app. If the guest has not already accepted the ticket, you can cancel the ticket transfer from your account and then send it to another guest.
What if I transferred a ticket to the wrong email address?
You can cancel a ticket transfer at any time before the guest has accepted the ticket by clicking "Cancel Transfer" when viewing the ticket in your account.
How long does the guest have to accept the ticket?
Guests have until 2 hours after kickoff on the day of the game to accept their ticket transfer, regardless of when the ticket was transferred.
Is there a cut-off time for me to transfer tickets to guests?
Yes. You can transfer a ticket from your account up to 1 hour after kickoff on the day of the game.
