It's time to smile, Baby Bears! The Chicago Bears Baby Bears, brought to you by Advocate Health Care are providing the opportunity of a lifetime! One (1) family from Baby Bears will receive the opportunity to visit Halas Hall for a family photoshoot with a photographer.
You may enter one (1) or more of your children in the Sweepstakes. Each child you enter into the Sweepstakes must be a member of the Chicago Bears Baby Bears in order to be eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.
