Allison Haley is in her third year with the Bears in 2026, and her second as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach.
Before being named to her current role, Haley spent 2024 with Chicago as a seasonal strength and conditioning aiding the full-time staff. Along with traditional strength and conditioning duties, Haley worked alongside the team's sports science staff to apply data technologies to the strength program.
Prior to joining the Bears, Haley spent one year as a strength and conditioning coach at Villanova University, supporting the football program. Haley began her professional career as an Exercise Physiologist at Zarett Rehab and Fitness in Philadelphia.
A Philadelphia, Pa., native, Haley graduated with a degree in Exercise Science from Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg.
