Isaiah Ford joins the Bears coaching staff in an Offensive Quality Control Capacity in 2026.
A NFL vet, Ford finished his career with the Bears organization in 2023 after spending 2022 with the Indianapolis Colts. Ford, a 7th Round selection of the Miami Dolphins in the 2017 NFL Draft, played 32 career games with three starts from 2017-2021 with the Dolphins accumulating 681 yards on 63 receptions with a pair of touchdowns. Ford also spent a portion of the 2020 NFL season with the New England Patriots.
A native of Jacksonville, Fla., Ford was a three-year starter at Virginia Tech University where he earned All-ACC honors twice as a wide receiver. Ford holds the program record for career receiving touchdowns (24) and well as the single season records for receptions (79; 2016), receiving yards (1,164; 2015) and receiving touchdowns (11; 2015). He had over 1,000 receiving yards in each of his final two seasons with the Hokies before declaring for the NFL Draft following his junior season.
Ford and his wife, Kelsey, reside in the Chicagoland area.
