Paul Neurauter enters his eighth season with the Chicago Bears in 2025 and his second year as Senior Vice President of Operations and Stability.
Named to the newly established role of Senior Vice President of Operations and Sustainability, Neurauter works closely with President and CEO Kevin Warren on navigating complex logistical and procurement operations with data-driven, innovative and creative solutions, as well as providing design, planning, operations and sustainability guidance relative to the club's transformative stadium development project.
Joining the organization as Vice President of Operations in 2018, Neurauter has gathered over 25 years of experience in logistics, operations and supply chain management, as well as planning, procurement and transportation management, leading to his elevated role.
In his current role, Neurauter leads strategic planning efforts, champions operational efficiency and implements sustainable practices across the organization, playing an integral role in the club's advocacy for operational excellence and sustainability. Additionally, Neurauter provides oversight of facility operations, logistics optimization, procurement strategies and project management, all while prioritizing environmental and resource conservation. Neurauter provides strategic planning, process improvement and capability development across multiple functional areas, including facility operations, logistics, procurement and project management.
Prior to joining the Bears, Neurauter held several supply chain leadership roles at Kraft Heinz Company, Kraft Foods, Baxter Healthcare and Ingredion Incorporated, as well as aiding in global procurement and supply management for Abbott.
Neurauter's connection to the Bears began as an 11-year-old paper delivery boy for the Chicago Tribune, Neurauter was awarded tickets to a Bears game for selling the most new subscriptions.
Neurauter earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from Marquette University.
Neurauter and his wife, Amy, have two children – Logan and Lindsey.
