PRO CAREER: Enters his seventh season with the Bears in 2026...Selected in the second-round of the 2020 NFL Draft (50th overall) by the Bears...Has played in 77 career games (76 starts), owning 231 tackles (187 solo), 51 passes defensed, eight interceptions, 11 tackles for loss, four forced fumbles and a fumble recovery...Was named to both the 2023 and 2024 Pro Bowl Games and earned 2024 AP Second-Team All-Pro honors...Has played in two postseason games where he has posted six tackles (five solo) and two passes defended.

2020 SEASON (BEARS): Started 13 games, missing the final three games and the Wild Card playoff game due to injury...Finished fourth in the NFC with 15 passes defended...His five passes defended in first two games were the second most by a NFL rookie in their first two games since the stat began being tracked in 1999 (Marcus Peters, seven, 2015)...Started at cornerback Week 1 at Detroit, making him the first Bears rookie to start at corner on opening day since Walt Harris in 1996; became the first non-first round draft pick to start at corner for the Bears in the opener since Mike Richardson in 1983...Broke up a Lions QB Matthew Stafford pass in the end zone on the final play to help secure a victory.
