PRO CAREER: Enters his 11th season in the NFL and second in Chicago in 2026...Has played in and started 163 regular season games with the New England Patriots (2016-20), Kansas City Chiefs (2021-24) and Chicago Bears (2025)...He has also played in and started 23 post-season games, the second most by an offensive lineman in NFL history...In his 10 year NFL career, his team has qualified for the playoffs nine times, have reached the Super Bowl six times and won four championships (LI, LIII, LVII, LVIII)...Has been named to four Pro Bowl teams and earned AP All-Pro honors on five occasions...Originally entered the NFL as a third-round pick (78th overall) by the Patriots in the 2016 NFL Draft.

2025 SEASON (BEARS): Started all 17 games at left guard...Was part of an offensive line that allowed just 24 sacks during the regular season, the third-lowest total in the NFL...In Week 9, appeared in his 175th career game (postseason included)...In Week 18 against the Lions,  registered his 163rd career regular-season start, the most by any player in their first 10 seasons in NFL history...Started in the NFC Wild Card Round victory over the Packers and the NFC Divisional Round matchup against the Rams, logging his 22nd and 23rd career postseason starts, the second-most playoff starts by an offensive lineman in NFL history, as well as his 187 career starts (postseason included), the most by any player in their first 10 seasons in NFL history...Was named the inaugural NFL Protector of the Year Award.

2024 SEASON (CHIEFS): Started all 17 regular season games (14 at left guard, three at left tackle), helping the Chiefs claim the AFC's number one seed and ninth consecutive AFC West title...Started all three postseason games at left tackle helping the Chiefs reach their third consecutive Super Bowl...Was named to the Pro Bowl team, AP First-Team All-Pro and was the recipient of the Chiefs 2024 Derrick Thomas Team MVP Award.

2023 SEASON (CHIEFS): Started all 17 regular season games at left guard, helping the Chiefs claim their eight straight AFC West title...Started in the Chiefs first two postseason games before exiting with an injury...Was named to the Pro Bowl team and earned AP First-Team All-Pro honors.

2022 SEASON (CHIEFS): Started 15 regular season games at left guard, helping the Chiefs claim the AFC's number one seed and their seventh straight AFC West title...Started all three of the Chiefs postseason games helping them win Super Bowl LVII...Was named to the Pro Bowl team and earned AP Second-Team All-Pro honors.

2021 SEASON (CHIEFS): Started all 17 regular season games at left guard, helping the Chiefs claim the AFC's number one seed and win their sixth straight AFC West title...Started all three of the Chiefs post season games en route to the team's fourth straight AFC Championship game appearance.

2020 SEASON (PATRIOTS): Started all 16 games including 14 at left guard and a pair of starts at center.

2019 SEASON (PATRIOTS): Started all 16 regular season games at left guard, helping the Patriots claim their 11th straight AFC East title...Started the Patriots Wild Card Round game against the Titans...Earned AP Second-Team All-Pro honors.

2018 SEASON (PATRIOTS): Started all 16 regular season games at left guard, helping the Patriots claim their 10th straight AFC East title...Started all three postseason games helping the Patriots reach their eighth straight conference title game and capture a victory in Super Bowl LIII...Became the first player in NFL history to start in the Super Bowl in each of his first three seasons.

2017 SEASON (PATRIOTS): Started in all 16 regular season games at left gaurd, helping the Patriots claim the AFC's number one seed and ninth consecutive AFC East title...Started all three postseason games for the Patriots helping them reach their seventh straight conference title game and second straight Super Bowl.

2016 SEASON (PATRIOTS): Started in all 16 regular season games at left guard as a rookie, helping the Patriots claim the AFC's number one seed and eight consecutive AFC East title...Started all three postseason games for the Patriots helping them reach their sixth straight conference title game and a dramatic come from behind victory in Super Bowl LI...Was named to the 2016 PFWA All-Rookie Team

COLLEGE: Played in 41 career games along the offensive line at North Carolina State...Was annouced as a new member of the NC State Football Ring of Honor in Spring 2026...Named a first-team All-American by USA Today, the first Wolfpack offensive lineman to earn All-America honors since Outland Trophy winner Jim Ritcher in 1979...Also a first-team All-ACC performer on the media team, becoming the first Wolfpack offensive lineman to earn that honor since 2003...Started games at four of the five positions on the offensive line: left tackle, left guard, right guard and right tackle...Earned Academic All-ACC honors and named to the 2014-15 Academic Honor Roll...Did not allow a sack in 589 snaps during 2015 ACC play from his left tackle spot.

PERSONAL: Was a member of two D4 state championship teams at Archbishop Alter High School (Ohio)…Voted Greater Catholic League Lineman of the Year as a senior in 2010…Also played basketball, where he started for two years and led his conference in rebounding as a junior.
