Travel in comfort from convenient pickup locations in Downtown Chicago or Glenview. Enjoy cooler service during the ride and arrive at Gate 14 with plenty of time before kickoff.
With limited-capacity departures, Bears Express offers a more convenient way to experience gameday—eliminating the stress of driving, parking, and navigating postgame traffic so you can focus on enjoying the game.

Do I need a game ticket to ride Bears Express?
Yes. Bears Express is a transportation service only and does not include admission to the game. A valid Chicago Bears game ticket is required to participate and enter Soldier Field.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes. All passengers boarding Bears Express must be 21 years of age or older. A valid government-issued photo ID is required and may be checked prior to boarding.
I require an accessibility accommodation. What should I do?
Guests requiring accommodations should contact the Chicago Bears at bearsexpress@bears.nfl.net as early as possible. While the Club will make reasonable efforts to address requests received on short notice, advance notice increases our ability to arrange appropriate accommodations.
Where will I be dropped off?
Guests will be dropped off at Gate 14.
What happens after the game?
Return transportation is included. The shuttle will depart approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of the game, or once all guests have returned to the designated pickup location. Additional departure details will be shared on the day of the event. All shuttles return to their original departure location.
What's included with my purchase?
Your Bears Express pass includes round-trip transportation to and from Soldier Field, onboard cooler service, and a convenient gameday travel experience designed to make getting to and from the stadium easier. Please note that Bears Express is a transportation service only. A valid Chicago Bears game ticket is required and is not included with the purchase of a Bears Express pass.
Can I bring my own food or beverages?
No. Outside food and beverages are not permitted onboard.
Is there a bag policy?
Guests should follow Soldier Field's current clear bag policy. Any items that cannot be brought into the stadium must remain on the shuttle. Please note that items left onboard are the responsibility of the owner.
Can I transfer or refund my pass?
All sales are final and passes are non-refundable.
