Fans can celebrate football and Peanuts together with a special "Bears x Peanuts" ticket offer when the Chicago Bears take on the Cleveland Browns this preseason.
With a special Bears x Peanuts ticket, fans can enjoy an unforgettable day that includes a game ticket, an exclusive Snoopy Plush Keychain Charm and a fun Peanuts-themed gameday experience. Sporting a Bears jersey, Snoopy comes as a 4" sitting plush with a galvanized circle ring clip and packaged in a custom-designed box. Additional redemption details will be emailed to all Bears x Peanuts ticket buyers 3 days prior to gameday.

What constitutes a valid Bears x Peanuts game ticket?
A valid Bears x Peanuts ticket must have been purchased directly from Ticketmaster, online at https://www.chicagobears.com/tickets/, or directly with Ticketmaster.com. Your Bears x Peanuts ticket will include an exclusive Snoopy Plush Keychain Charm. A limited number of "Bears x Peanuts" game tickets will be made available.
Can anyone purchase a Bears x Peanuts game ticket?

How/where will I receive my Snoopy Keychain?
- To pick up your Snoopy keychain, please present a valid Bears x Peanuts mobile ticket to be scanned at the redemption location.
- Snoopy keychains can be picked up on the day of the game inside of the stadium, at the redemption tables near Gate 15 on the South Concourse.
- Redemption concludes at the beginning of the 3rd quarter, so be sure to redeem soon after you've entered Soldier Field.
- One Snoopy keychain may be redeemed per valid Bears x Peanuts game ticket.
If I buy a regular game ticket to the same game as the Bears x Peanuts game, will I still receive the Snoopy keychain?
No. You must have a valid Bears x Peanuts game ticket.
Can I exchange my game tickets for a Bears x Peanuts game ticket for the same game?
Regular game tickets cannot be exchanged for Bears x Peanuts tickets. In order to receive the Snoopy keychain, you must purchase a Bears x Peanuts single-game ticket.
How do I know if I correctly purchased a Bears x Peanuts game ticket and will receive the exclusive item?
If you have successfully purchased a Bears x Peanuts ticket which includes a Snoopy keychain, this will be visible in your Ticketmaster App. You must present this mobile ticket on gameday to receive the item.
Is receiving the Bears x Peanuts item guaranteed?
Yes, a fan who purchases a Bears x Peanuts ticket is guaranteed to receive the Snoopy keychain associated with that offer.
Can I add “Bears x Peanuts” tickets if I purchased through a third-party site?
No. Tickets purchased through a third-party are not eligible to receive the Snoopy keychain.
Will there be instructions sent out before the event?
Yes. Specific instructions about the Snoopy keychain redemption will be sent out 3 days prior to the game.
Can someone else pick up my item for me?
Only fans with a Bears x Peanuts ticket may redeem for the Snoopy keychain. Multiple items may be redeemed by one person if all valid tickets are present.
If I have multiple theme night game tickets, can I pick up items for other members of my group?
Yes. The Bears x Peanuts game tickets must be loaded on your phone.
What should I have ready when I am at the Redemption Tables?
Please make sure that you have your Bears x Peanuts game ticket already pulled up with brightness on phone turned all the way up.
I am a Bears Season Ticket Holder. Do my season tickets include the Snoopy keychain?
For STHs interested in the Snoopy keychain, a very limited number will be available for redemption through STH Points starting Tuesday, 8/11 at 3:00 PM CT. Season ticket plans DO NOT include the Snoopy keychain. Bears x Peanuts tickets are available for purchase at at https://www.chicagobears.com/tickets/.
Can I purchase for a Bears x Peanuts Snoopy keychain separately?

What happens if I lost or broke my Snoopy keychain?
Unfortunately, we cannot replace any lost or broken items after the item leaves the redemption area.
What happens if I receive a defective item?
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, it can be exchanged on the day of the game at the redemption table. We encourage everyone to review their items at pick-up/redemption.
- Damage is defined as an item that is broken or missing parts. You must turn in your damaged item to receive a replacement item. Damaged items do not include minor defects or production variables.
- Whether a product is considered damaged and can be exchanged is at the sole discretion of the Chicago Bears.
