In accordance with league policy, NFL clubs are required to offer playoff tickets for sale if the following criteria are met after the completion of Week 13 (approximately December 1):

  • The club is in 1st place in their division OR
  • The club is 3 games or less from the division lead AND has a winning percentage of .500 or better

Additionally, any club that meets this criteria and is mathematically in contention to host a playoff game after Week 14 must put playoff tickets on sale immediately (within 24 hours of their Week 14 game).
