If you are not automatically signed in, select "Bears Ticket Account" and sign in with your Season Ticket Account credentials.

How do I receive STH Points?
Season Ticket Holder accounts that have paid in full by the renewal deadline and are in good standing will be automatically credited with points after the renewal deadline.
How many points do I have for the season?
The STH Points program provides for a one-time reward for your tenure as a Season Ticket Holder. Therefore, you will have a higher starting bank. After year one, you will only receive points for each season ticket renewed on your account.
What is the points distribution formula?
The Points are distributed as follows:
Points Per Seat + One-Time Tenure Credit
Points per Non-Club Seat: 50
Points per Club Seat: 75

STH Points events and merchandise will be updated throughout the year, so check the mobile app to see new offerings. Once an event or merchandise is made available, inventory is redeemable on a first-come, first-served basis. Event and merchandise inventory and points can change without notice.

Do I need to register?
All Season Ticket Holders will automatically be enrolled in STH Points starting with the 2021 season. Your STH Points account will be accessible via the Chicago Bears Official App under Gameday and proceed to STH Points.
How do you calculate our points allotment?
Points were calculated based on number of seats and tenure. Tenure will be awarded one time in 2021. Moving forward it will be based on roll-over, renewal, and number of seats.
Do STH Points roll over to the next season?
Yes. Points will automatically roll over, so you can save them up if you choose.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
Points are not transferable, but you can transfer an item or event.
What events and merchandise will be offered?
There will be a variety of items from exclusive STH merchandise, to Halas Hall events as well as other offsite locations.
Can I purchase STH merchandise?
No, currently, STH branded merchandise is only available by redeeming your points through the STH Points program.
I have redeemed my points but can no longer attend, now what?
We request 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel your spot for an event/redemption.
Can I transfer my redemption to another guest or must I, the Season Ticket Holder, be present?
Yes! You can transfer your redemption to another guest.
Can I buy more STH Points?
STH Points are not available for purchase.
How can I check my point balance?
Your point balance will be available on the Official Chicago Bears App in STH Points.
Why is it showing that an event is sold out?
An event may have reached its allotted capacity and is no longer available for redemption.
Can I earn points based on activity/attendance?
No, at this time you receive your points based on a one-time tenure assignment and number of renewed seats.
When can I redeem my points for merchandise?
Merchandise will be available for redemption at 3pm on the Tuesday prior to that week's home game. All merchandise must be picked up at Soldier Field on the day of the game at either the STH Points tent inside of Gate 9 or at the South Concierge Desk in the United Club.
