How it works

Open the latest version of the Chicago Bears Official App. Select STH Points under Tickets/Gameday.

If you are not automatically signed in, select "Bears Ticket Account" and sign in with your Season Ticket Account credentials.

Browse available merchandise, events and experiences.

Please note: Available STH Points and associated point values are subject to change without notice. Once an experience is made available, inventory is redeemable on a first-come, first-served basis.

STH Points Structure

Existing Season Ticket Holder

Points are calculated based on number of seats renewed. Season Ticket Holders receive their yearly seat points after they have paid in full. Points are added to any rollover (unused) points from the previous year, including tenure Points assigned in year 1 of the program.

STH Points Total = Rollover (unused) points + Yearly Points per seat

Points Per Seat Calculation

Non-Club Seat: 50 points per seat
United Club Seat: 75 points per seat

*Pre-existing accounts received a one-time starting balance of tenure-based points in 2021 when the STH Points program was launched. Unused tenure-based points rollover year-to-year as well.

New Season Ticket Holder

First year Season Ticket Holders will receive a one-time tenure credit of 50 points + Points per seat.

Any unused points from the previous season will rollover to the next season.

Bonus Points

Early Renewal Bonus

Renew early and earn even more bonus points this year! Pay in full or sign up for the payment plan with 25% down by Tuesday, February 27th.

  • Pay in full to receive an extra 200 points
  • Sign up for the payment plan with your first installment of 25% to receive an extra 50 points

Payments must post to accounts by February 27th at 11:59 PM CT. Early renewal bonus points will be distributed by 3/15/24. Seat points will be distributed later this spring.

STH Points Offerings

STH Points events and merchandise will be updated throughout the year, so check the mobile app to see new offerings. Once an event or merchandise is made available, inventory is redeemable on a first-come, first-served basis. Event and merchandise inventory and points can change without notice.

Who is eligible to access STH Points?

STH Points is a program designed exclusively for all Chicago Bears Season Ticket Holders.

Do I need to register?

All Season Ticket Holders are automatically enrolled in STH Points. Your STH Points account is accessible via the Chicago Bears Official App under Tickets/Gameday and proceed to STH Points.

How do you calculate our points allotment?

Points are calculated based on number of seats and tenure. Tenure was awarded one time in 2021 for all existing Season Ticket Holders. New Season Ticket Holders will receive a tenure credit of 50 points + number of seats for their first year. First year Season Ticket Holders will be awarded points when final payment is received. Moving forward, STH Points will be based on roll-over, renewal, and number of seats.

Do STH Points roll over to the next season?

Yes. Points will automatically roll over, so you can save them up if you choose.

Can I transfer my points to someone else?

Points are not transferable, but you can transfer an item or event.

What events and merchandise will be offered?

There will be a variety of items from exclusive STH merchandise, to Halas Hall events as well as other offsite locations.

Can I purchase STH merchandise?

No, currently, STH branded merchandise is only available by redeeming your points through the STH Points program.

I have redeemed my points but can no longer attend or need to cancel, now what?

We request 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel your spot for an event/redemption. To do so, please contact the Chicago Bears Ticket Sales and Service Team at (847) 615-BEAR (2327) or STHPoints@bears.nfl.net.

Can I transfer my redemption to another guest or must I, the Season Ticket Holder, be present?

Yes! You can transfer your redemption to another guest.

Can I buy more STH Points?

STH Points are not available for purchase.

How can I check my point balance?

Your point balance will be available in the Chicago Bears Official App under STH Points.

Why is it showing that an event is sold out?

An event may have reached its allotted capacity and is no longer available for redemption.

Can I earn points based on activity/attendance?

There will be various opportunities to earn bonus points throughout the year.

When can I redeem my points for merchandise?

Merchandise will be available for redemption at 3pm on the Tuesday prior to that week's home game. All merchandise must be picked up at Soldier Field on the day of the game. Depending on where your seats are located, pickup locations will be at the STH Points tent inside of Gate 8 on the southeast side of Soldier Field or at the South Concierge Desk in the United Club.

Can a redeemed item be mailed out?

Items will not be mailed out unless otherwise indicated in the redemption information. If you need to cancel your redemption, please contact the Chicago Bears Ticket Sales and Service Team at (847) 615-BEAR (2327) or STHPoints@bears.nfl.net. Please provide at least 48 hours notice.
