Jenkins has started 22-of-51 career games, totaling 113 tackles, 1.5 sacks, two pass breakups, six tackles for a loss, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery in four seasons with the New Orleans Saints (2013-16) and Seattle Seahawks (2016). While with New Orleans, Jenkins tallied the 2nd most tackles among Saints defensive linemen (110).

Last season, Jenkins split time between the Saints and Seahawks, appearing in nine games with one start. He finished the season with 13 tackles.

Jenkins has appeared in 3 postseason contests, producing six tackles and one sack.

Jenkins originally entered the NFL with New Orleans as a 3rd round pick (82nd overall) in the 2013 NFL Draft out of Georgia.
