Answers to Bears Draft Quiz Challenge


Fans were encouraged to participate in the Bears Draft Quiz Challenge during the draft Thursday through Saturday, with one quiz per day and winners receiving memorabilia autographed by players the Bears have drafted.

Here are the answers to the quizzes:

Running backs quiz

1. Which running back was drafted by the Bears after winning the Heisman Trophy?

A) Cedric Benson
B) Curtis Enis
C) Matt Forte

Rashaan Salaam was selected by the Bears with the 21st pick in the first round of the 1995 draft after winning the Heisman Trophy at Colorado in 1994 when he rushed for 2,055 yards and 24 touchdowns.

2. Which running back drafted by the Bears did NOT rush for at least 1,000 yards as a rookie with the team?

A) Matt Forte
B) Walter Payton
C) Rashaan Salaam
