The Bears will recognize Egg Rolls Etc. as their second Small Business All-Pros Gameday Eats Edition winner presented by Visa from Oct. 4- 30. With a monthly rollout of four total winners, these small business foodie establishments will be available to fans throughout the 2023 season.

Founded in 2012 by Chicago native owner and president Javon Nicholas, Egg Rolls Etc. is known as the first and only Black-owned frozen product line featuring Asian-inspired comfort cuisine. Egg Rolls Etc. offers a variety of egg rolls, potstickers, and rangoons that can be prepared by air frying, deep frying, or baking. Some of their items include Gert's collard greens with smoked turkey Egg Rolls, named after Javon's late Grandmother Gertrude, plant-based Philly cheesesteak Egg Rolls, Italian beef potstickers, Aunt Kathy's peach cobbler Egg Rolls, salmon, spinach, and cheese rangoons, among others.

Their logo, named Chow On, incorporates Javon's Chinese given name, which means skillful and peace, and has become a well-known symbol for the company, featured prominently on their packaging. Currently, Egg Rolls Etc. products are available in over a dozen grocery stores throughout Chicago and can also be shipped nationwide to selected states during the winter months, conveniently delivered to your doorstep.

"I am humbled and overjoyed with gratitude to have been chosen for the Small Business All-Pros program," said Javon Nicholas. "Egg Rolls Etc. started off as a food offering at gatherings, parties and work functions but was my special way to serve an incredible token of love and comfort while honoring my loved ones who are no longer here. My brand unites cultures and differences all inside of a warm wonton and this opportunity allows vital marketing and exposure for small businesses. I am looking forward to opportunities for brand collaborations and to partner with foodservice businesses and corporate accounts."

Nicholas, the owner and founder of Egg Rolls Etc., is also an experienced clinical nutritionist, cookbook author and food manufacturer. Her journey in the food industry began at a young age, starting as a nutritionist at 19, followed by roles as a food service director at 21 and a corporate restaurant manager at 23. Her experience played a crucial role in shaping her concept of a line of frozen foods. Nicholas introduced her signature egg rolls through her former catering business. That was also revived upon her return to Chicago in 2012 after two years abroad in Taiwan. Nicholas was honored as one of Food Processing's 2022 Influential Women in Food, recognizing her as a driving force of change and innovation in various fields within the food and beverage industry.

Beyond the culinary world, Nicholas, through Egg Rolls Etc., is actively engaged in youth education in collaboration with community organizations. During the summer months, Egg Rolls Etc. organize workshops in community gardens, where children learn about the significance of self-love by incorporating healthy foods into their diets, entrepreneurship by creating fillings and sauces for their creations, and cultural sensitivity by introducing them to Mandarin words and various fruits, vegetables and treats from around the world.
