In celebration of Father's Day, Bears players, leadership and staff members share special photos with their father/father figures and describe why they are meaningful.

Ben Johnson - Head coach
Father/Father Figure: Don Johnson
"I love him to death. He's everything that I want to be for my own kids, which is supportive yet challenging. I knew every single night when I laid my head on that pillow that he loved me, he always had my back no matter what, whether I did right or whether I did wrong."

Ryan Poles - General manager
Father/Father Figure: Robert Poles Jr.
"Fatherhood is a blessing. I've been fortunate to have had many people in my life, especially my own dad, who have graciously provided support, discipline, insight, and love as I've navigated through life. I'm thankful that I have the opportunity each day to try and pass that guidance down to my two children. It's an honor to be a father, and I'm grateful for those in my life who have shown me the value of fatherhood."

Kevin Warren - President & CEO
Father/Father Figure: Morrison Warren
"My late father Morrison Warren, and late mother Margaret Warren, were my first heroes. My father had to survive and thrive in World War II and during the Jim Crow era. As the youngest of seven children, the lessons he shared were valuable instruments that my family and I still lean on today.
"Consequently, Father's Day is a very special day to my family and me. Having the opportunity to watch and learn from a strong Black man as he navigated complex societal issues with grace, humility, intelligence, compassion, integrity, and strength, is a monumental blessing. I pray that God will continue to guide me on a daily basis to be a great husband to Greta and a wonderful father to Peri and Powers."
Brian McCaskey - Vice President
Father/Father Figure: Ed McCaskey
"The photo is very special to me and I've had it in my office for many years. It was taken on the sidelines at Mike Singletary's last home game at Soldier Field in December of 1992 as the game was winding down. We were playing the Steelers. The players and football staff wore a patch to commemorate "Samurai Mike's" storied Hall of Fam career. My dad wanted to have his picture taken with Mike, and I made sure it happened. I realized it was also my last home game as an Athletic Trainer, so I asked the photographer to take one of my dad and I. I'm very glad I did! He passed away about ten years after that and I've missed him every day since."

Patrick McCaskey - Vice President
Father/Father Figure: Ed McCaskey
"My father sent me to college. To get some useful knowledge. Every day is Father's Day."

Ted Crews - Special Advisor to the President/CEO & Chief Administrative Officer
Father/Father Figure: Tesdale Crews II
"That picture of my dad is really important. My dad is my first hero, best friend, the person I think about every day and who I try to emulate. I wear pocket squares because my dad wore pocket squares. He's who I want to be. My dad had a stroke when I was in college, so in that moment, I prayed that the Lord would allow my dad to live long enough to see me get married and know my children. And so that picture is the first blessing the Lord granted me that moment in time. So my dad was at not only at my wedding, we walked down the aisle. So, that picture means a great deal. And then he lived long enough to meet all my children."

Caleb Williams - Quarterback
Father/Father Figure: Carl Williams
"Having my dad by my side when I achieved my lifelong goal of being drafted was a special moment for us. This picture represents so many sacrifices and I'm forever grateful for his support. Happy Father's Day!"

Coby Bryant - Safety
Father/Father Figure: Ronnie Bryant
"This picture is impactful because my dad was a genuine leader for me and my older brother. He showed us what a real man consisted of & was always in our corner through it all. He taught us hard work at a young age. Words can't match how thankful I am for him!

Cole Kmet - Tight end
Father/Father Figure: Frank Kmet
"This is a photo of my Dad and I on graduation day at Notre Dame. Leaving school early for the NFL meant that I initially left without a degree in hand. My dad pushed me to see things through from a young age and because of that I was able to eventually get my degree. Thanks Dad for always pushing me to be a better athlete, teammate, and person each and every day! Happy Father's Day!"

Gervon Dexter Sr. - Defensive lineman
Father/Father Figure: Gerald Dexter
"This picture meant a lot to me because it reminds me a lot of me and my son and that my dad always showed up no matter what. My father is a big reason I am who I am and why I'm at where I'm at. The confidence and grit I have all come from him. He also helped me understand how a father is supposed to raise his children."

I know that somewhere, he is still rooting for me, encouraging me to become a better man and a better father every day."

Nathan DiLorenzo - Director of Suite Sales and Service
Father/Father Figure: Ron DiLorenzo
"My father is the reason I work for the Bears. He was a teacher and musician who always found the time to introduce me to new experiences and new music. My dad introduced me to the NFL at a young age by taking me to Three Rivers Stadium in Pittsburgh. I became obsessed with the game, the arena, the fans. My dad helped me get recruited to Robert Morris University, where I was fortunate to play football and receive a business degree. After 10 years of selling premium experiences in the NFL, I was ready for a Director-level role. My father passed away on Aug 3, 2019, the saddest day of my life. One week later, I was informed the Chicago Bears were hiring for a Director of Suite Sales & Service. Thanks for the signal, Dad."

Rachel Frank - Suite Sales Manager

"My dad is the ultimate girl dad. As the oldest of five daughters, I grew up watching him lead with kindness, integrity and unwavering support. He taught us to believe in ourselves, work hard, and pursue our dreams with confidence. Sports were a big part of our lives, and despite a busy schedule, he never missed a game, match or competition. Looking back, he was right. I truly love what I do and often say that my passion became my profession. I'm where I am today because of his guidance, support and unwavering belief in me. "I want to honor my father for the incredible life he built through determination, sacrifice and resilience. At about 19 years old, he immigrated to the United States and faced the challenge of starting over in a completely new country. He learned English, pursued a college education, met my mom, built a family and worked tirelessly to create opportunities not only for himself, but for those around him. What makes him truly remarkable is not only his success, but the character he shows every day. He is deeply respected and admired by his colleagues, friends and everyone fortunate enough to know him. Despite the many sacrifices and obstacles he has faced, he continues to move forward with strength, humility and an unwavering work ethic. His perseverance and dedication constantly inspire me and I am proud to honor him for the example he has set and the legacy he continues to build."

"My dad lights up any room he walks into. His natural affinity for uplifting people and establishing relationships organically makes it easy for him to be the life of the party - a trait that I strive to emulate. Both my mom and dad bounced around the Chicagoland area in the '80s and '90s. So, while I was raised in Dallas, Texas, I grew up on stories of the 1985 "Monsters of the Midway" and Jordan's Bulls – stories that drove my interest in and love for working for this organization."

His sacrifices made and dedication to bringing our family the best life while leading with love and guidance show what sort of man he is. I love you, Papa. Happy father's day!"
